Smiley and his program are next level! I have been into fitness and exercise for 25 years but unfortunately have had 12 major surgeries and have limitations. He has worked with me to build muscle and be creative with my workouts given my injuries. I also live in AZ so 95% of my training has been done virtually! I started a #Fitby40 program about 2.5 months before my 40th birthday and with Smileys guidance on fitness and nutrition, and a lot of hard work, I trimmed up from 193 to 170 and am in top condition. I’m grateful God lead me to him, I’ve never felt so good and so healthy!

I Love this gym. The trainers are personable and professional. You can choose a time of day that suits you for the boot camp. It's challenging but not a killer for those who haven't been in the gym for awhile. Hope to see you there, 6:00 am, 12:00 pm or 6:00 pm it's up to you.
