I have months that I dont go to there and i try to cancel to many times and they said i can cancel anytime. I tried cancelling by phone, in person, and online. And every month they keep on charging my card.

I paid $90 to get in the door. I made it to the second week. I went later in the evening and a group of three had a Bluetooth speaker cranked with Rap dropping the F-bomb, 5' away from the machine I wanted to use. I asked repeatedly to turn it down and even said please but to no avail. I left for a while and came back, still the same. This gym is only staffed a couple of hours a day. You have no personal space, when certain groups are there and you feel like you are invading someone else's turf. It isn't worth getting into an altercation especially being outnumbered. There are better gyms, that are staffed for less money. There isn't any value here. Also check the BBB for this location.

Do not use this facility. Signed documents in January to cancel credit card being used for account. Charged again in February, March, and now it is going to be charged again April 1st. Their response is to come by and we will give you a cash refund. Had to do this for February and March. They are very irresponsible with your card, don't believe them when they assure you it won't happen again. The card was supposed to be deleted out of their system but obviously it is not!

I got a membership here through my work's Healthy Lifestyle program and I couldn't be more thrill about the proximity of this midsize gym from my home. It is not in a busy part of town and it is usually not crowded at all when I am there (mostly weekday between 2 to 3pm).

The treadmills, ellipticals, machine- and free-weights are laid out very well within the space, and despite smaller footprint, the floor-to-ceiling windows provided much light to the gym. There is also a good size room for classes with punching bag, mats, medicine balls, ropes, etc.

The equipments appear well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean too. There is also a tanning room for members at an extra cost of $10 per month. Last but not least, since I travel to other US states and occasionally to Southeast Asia, I am looking forwad to having access to Snap Fitness in those areas.

Really comfortable atmosphere. I'm use to having to go to the gym at certain hours like planet fitness just so I don't have to fight the crowds or like 10 gym and squeeze in time around their odd weekend hours. At Snap Fitness not only are they 24/7 but the people there are very friendly and everyone DOES SHARE the equipment so don't have someone trying to hog it to themselves let alone get offended when asked if they are done.

I was in town for business, and needed a place to workout. The staff answered the phone quickly to answer my questions. In person, they were very kind and accommodating. The gym has everything you need to get a good workout. While not as large as some of the competition, it didn't feel crowded and there was never a wait for equipment.

Looking forward to working out here again.

I rather enjoy Snap Fitness. It's clearly a small-mid size gym, so the amenities aren't over-the-top abundant as they might be for a larger outfit, but Snap Fitness of Warr Acres makes the most of their foot print perfectly. I've never been disappointing by their level of cleanliness through the months of being a member as well. There's a option for those who'd like tanning as well. I feel it's deserving a five star rating as an ideal small, 24 hr access gym.

Horrible, the gym is too small for as many members as they have. Management is almost never there and when they are, their too busy over charging customers credit cards to be personal trainers. Do not recommend this gym your better off at planet fitness.
