I've been training here for almost three years, Cole is extremely knowledgeable about what he does.

This gym has the best and most encouraging atmosphere of any gym that I've been to and I've made lots of friends through this place.

I thought I was picking up a little hobby to stay in shape but I ended up becoming engaged with strength training as a lifelong practice. It's a part of me now and I'm very thankful for that.

There is nothing pretentious or intimidating about this place, if you're considering strength training, this is the best place to be.

Statebarbell… my home away from home. Cole has done an outstanding job of making anyone’s gym experience welcoming and comfortable. You’ll sweat your balls off in the summer and chill them in the winter. I’ll always have a special place in my heart with this gym ;)

A brilliant mind in the world of lifting. Will help you achieve strength without injury. Can also grow one helluva stache.

U.S. Strength Trainer Cole Forsberg has come to Tulsa, OK to be accepted into the Kumite, a highly secret and extremely violent martial-arts competition. While trying to gain access into the underground world of clandestine fighters, he also has to avoid CrossFit Trainers looking to steal his clientele’s gains! After enduring a difficult training and beginning a romance with Speech Pathologist Megan Weaver, Cole is given the opportunity to fight. But can he survive?

If you don’t enjoy lifting weights, making gains, weird conversation, great merch, chili cook offs, and Friday beers. State Barbell might not be the place for you, but if you do then make it your new gym.
