I have been in personal trainer for 20 years and have a Masterβs Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. It is my passion to help clients reach their health and fitness goals! I do in-home personal training and also one on one in one of my various gym locations.

I have been working with Nick for about 3 months now and could not be happier! I have a difficult work schedule and I appreciate how flexible he is when scheduling my workouts, since I cannot have a set time every week. He is extremely knowledgeable and very good at reading where you are, pushing you just enough when you need it. Iβm already feeling stronger and seeing results. Highly recommend!

Nick Frary is a very experienced trainer who is tolerant of clients who are not necssesarrily young and hoping to become body builders. They are taken to safe but therapeutic levels of exercise while focusing on a variaty of muscle groups. Given the number of times I have reccomended him, it could become diffcult to get on his calendar.

Nick provides an approachable and fun atmosphere (no matter where you are starting) and is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. He will tailor your workouts to your ability, goals, as well as provide any modifications for any injury or long standing issue. He will also ensure you are utilizing the correct technique. You just get to show up and work out! He has an outstanding ability to push you the right amount and checks in with you throughout the session to ensure you are feeling the burn and not the pain! Along with the wealth of knowledge he possesses regarding nutrition and fitness, he is easy going, friendly, and encouraging. Sessions with Nick are challenging and fun! As a client for over 10 years, I know you will get a great trainer as well as a great friend.

Nick is a great trainer. I started with him just over a year ago trying to lose weight and get ready for a fitness test for a new job. Since then I dropped over 60lbs and I was running almost as fast as I was in my USAF days, when I was in my 20's. I've also gotten stronger than ever before, max bench over 300, leg press 500+. I have definition in muscles all over my body again especially my arms, shoulders and chest. My wife likes that part the best. Good man, good trainer.

Highly recommended. Nick is an experienced personal trainer who is also a nutritionalist. He pays particular attention to form, gives excellent advise and coaching, and he is great to work with in the gym.
