I've been doing yoga for over 15 years: Classes, DVDs, independently. Miranda is a great teacher. She also gave me the best adjustments I've ever had in a class setting or otherwise.
I taken, general yoga classes and prenatal yoga classes from SYS and have always been pleased.
She also does private clients, therapeutic yoga, and energy work.

Miranda brought the education of relaxation to our college girls through stretching, breathing, and partner yoga tips. Her calm presence and knowledge was such a fun way for all of us learn more about Yoga and enjoy the art of relaxing! Thanks to Miranda for coming to us! It was great!!

Through my time working at Stillwater Martial Arts alongside Miranda Mason, I have seen on a daily basis how wonderful an instructor she is. Her students all love her, she is fun and pleasant, and she is dedicated to helping everyone she teaches achieve their full potential. At the end of a lesson with her I always feel much better, both physically and mentally, than I did when I went in, and I have noticed my self-confidence growing ever since beginning my classes here.
Miss Miranda is a wonderful teacher, and taking classes with her is one of the best ways I know to help me relieve stress and find the inner strength to cope with whatever life throws at me during the week.

Love the 12:10 class!! Allows me to get my yoga in during the day without cutting into time with my family, and a great way to manage the stresses of my day! Instruction is adjusted for all levels and she encourages everyone to listen to their bodies and limits while at the same time challenging them to push those limits safely. My mind and body always look forward to my yoga practice, everyone should give it a try!

Miranda is fun and upbeat. She varies the classes and helps with modifications to allow students of every ability to participate. She even offers a class targeted to martial artists. Attending her classes once or twice a week has improved my flexibility, balance and posture.
