First this gym is very clean. The staff is very helpful and answers all my questions. I will say the air is better here than the other two gyms in the area. Your allowed to bring a gym bag on the floor unlike planet fitness.

I love this gym!! It's always clean everyone is so nice we are all are a close Gym family. We lift one another up and don't mind to help the new folks or anyone needing it. I teach a Line Dance class here on Mondays 430-530pm it's FREE for members $5 for non that also gets you a day pass if u want to stay and work out or try any other classes. Brian and Debbie the owners are good people!! Their Weight Loss Challenge had won best Challenge 9 years in a row, this will be the 10th year!! I love this gym and my trainer Beth Ferguson (FergiFit Ferguson) she offers a personal training group clasa 3 times a day T-F 730-830am , 12pm-1pm , 530-630pm and boot camp for anyone Thur 530-630pm and Sat 930-1030am and Zumba a few times a week! She is very knowledgeable and patient and knows what she is doing
I love the way she explains things what muscles they are working and how to the excersise. Also she shows us if we are doing anything wrong in the nicest way possible. It's $100 a month for non-members and members I think it's $87.65 or something very close to that. Try a class there All trainers are awesome!!!
