Oh my goodness! Went to a bachelorette party and had the best time. She is so talented super sweet and she made it so fun. We had all shapes and sizes and she showed us ALL how to dance and we ALL got on the pole. Highly recommend thank you so much.

I’ve now done 2 classes with Brittany and she is amazing. I love the way she teaches and her encouragement. She knows when to step back and let you think your way through it and when to step in.
The vibes are also immaculate. As a plus size girlie, I was very nervous but I have felt nothing but support the entire time I’ve been there. Also, my male bestie joins the classes as well and there has been 0 discrimination against him. Brittany even goes out of her way to teach alternative styles for the moves to make them more comfortable/ safer for men to do!

I’ve taken a few classes and have enjoyed them. However, it seems like they have a pattern of not replying to emails. I have contacted them a few times and have heard nothing in response.

I’ve been attending classes consistently for about half a year, and I am pleased to say that my experience with this studio has been amazing. The instructors are absolutely incredible at providing not only a safe and clean environment for students; but also a joyful and encouraging atmosphere that allowed me (and others of course) to progress at a great pace and leave feeling achieved and eager to return for another session!

I have visited many studios across the US and I always enjoy stopping in here when I am in Tulsa. Amber is a very experienced instructor who can quickly and competently break down the newest tricks and combos circulating on social media and teach them to her class. She challenges her students to try new things and is very encouraging no matter what level you are. She is an excellent spotter! The studio has a very inclusive vibe and the regular students seem very comfortable and happy in their home studio. Great place if you are up for a challenge.

Studio 7 is a safe place to let go, be yourself and be accepted. Give it a try. I have attended 4 classes so far the last 2 months and just signed up for my 5th. Brittney instructs the Pole Level 1 class on Mondays and teaches it with charm and skill. I'm a complete novelist that was tired of going to the gym. I didn't quite feel comfortable in with the regular Yoga and Pilates crowd and still wanted to to stay physically active with using my own body as resistance. I've always loved dance but never had rhythm, lol, I'm excited to try some of their other classes like Bikini Body and the Vixen classes. The mix of ladies I have seen have varied greatly small, medium, to large in size, all ethnicities and multiple different skill levels. if you've read this far then go ahead and sign up! Zero commitment is an added bonus!

I called to book a party and a woman told me to fill out a form and they would get back to me. I tried calling to follow up, emailed, send a FB message for 2 weeks and never got a response. I

The good: very friendly, super welcoming! I could also see how this place would be perfect for beginners who are shy or nervous about trying pole.
The not-so-good: I moved to town after poling for 5 years out of state. Gave this place a fair shake with three classes. No warm up, no cool-down, just “get ready.” Then the instruction was watching Instagram clips from other pole dancers and trying to replicate. One of the key things when doing pole is training both sides to prevent injury and imbalanced strength. When I switched sides, the instructor looked at me like I was nuts. A new skill was always introduced with “pick your favorite side.”
If you’re new to pole or just want to have a fun bachelorette party, I think this spot might be great. The people really are super nice. Sadly, anthing more advanced is dangerous. Such a bummer.

I reached out to you guys awhile back, and had tried calling and emailing throughout the entire year, yet never heard anything back. Very poor communication. I’ve left voicemails etc, and at this point, I’m sure I’m being ignored. It’s very unfortunate.

Ive been trying to contact someone from this place to get info on becoming a Client here so I can work on my upper body strength. Been calling sense summer even tried emailing and no reply or response or anything in return. Ive heard amazing things about this place and I would love to learn but they make that hard by no communication especially for someone like me who has alot of questions that is new.

My first class here was the best experience I've ever had attending a class for the first time, much of this is likely due to the teacher, Brittany was warm, welcoming, direct, and informative. She nstructed the class with the perfect balance of attentive professionalism, and easy laid back fun. You would have never known that she taught three classes!! that morning if it hadn't come up for some reason during class.
I love that everyone in class is close to the same level, with a few advanced practicers peppered in only adding inspiration to do better and stay committed.
I want to say a sincere thank you to Brittney and everyone else at Studio 7, as this was the first real group fitness class that I've participated in full out, after considerable weight loss, and it was one of the most liberating experiences of my life. 💜 Thank you 💜

I have been to a few classes. I’m someone who takes pole dancing seriously and it’s not just “novelty” for me as I’d like to learn how to do lots of things safely and progressively. Unfortunately, this studio does not practice safely. The “level 1” is just a handful of extremely easy tricks that anyone can do before you pass. And then once you get to level 2, there’s absolutely no progression or structure. There’s not a safe warm up. Just maybe 5 minutes of light stretching (not even consistent, even stretching on both sides). And then they throw you into pretty intermediate/advanced moves that you didn’t progress safely to at all. I ended up with a torn rotator cuff. This place needs to seriously work on there structure and progression and “levels”. I haven’t been able to work out without shoulder pain for the last 2 years due to this injury.

i really enjoyed the classes i took at first and had even signed up for the monthly classes. however, i was still charged $20 for each class upon signing up, that was on top of the $75 i was being charged each month for the “free classes.” i mentioned this to an instructor and was told that she’d talk to the owner and i’d get the free classes i’d missed rolled over to the next month, that didn’t happen. i then had to cancel my membership because i was going back to college, i talked to the owner at my last class and she took doen my name and said she’d “cancel it later because she had a class to teach.” i didn’t get charged for august or september, however i did get charged for october and november, i’ve tried to get a hold of someone so that i can either get a refund or get my free classes and cancel my membership all together. truly unfortunate that it has had to come to this.

Will not call me back or answer the phone. I have called 5 times, during business hours. I have emailed them, no answer. I have messaged them on Instagram, no answer.
If the managers or owners see this, please teach your employees to answer the phone.

Studio 7 is fabulous. I am a slow learner and not very naturally athletic. I am also a delightfully chunky person. Studio 7 works with my limits and my body and has helped me get really strong! They are extremely inclusive to people who are not thin, including if a move needs to be modified a tad to better suit your body. Everyone is so approachable and nice, and we have a lot of fun! I LOVE STUDIO 7. If you are nervous to come for the first time, just come anyways! People will make you feel right at home and start you out with stuff that is appropriate for someone who has never been on a pole before.

My friends and I booked a private party for my bachelorette party and it was so much fun! We had Alexxa and she made it easier by walking step by step as well as coming by individually if we needed. If you want a fun girls night I would highly recommend booking something fun here!

I really enjoy coming here for classes. It is a fun and welcoming place. The staff are professional and very talented. Within a few months, I've gotten a lot stronger and more confident. I can't wait to see what I'm able to do in 6 months.

So, my boyfriend and I were just on our evening walk to downtown to get coffee and stretch our legs, and when we were coming home we passed studio 7. I'm a performer for a living and didn't know what kind of place studio 7 was so when we walked by I was exited to see the class that was going on since I'm always looking for new ways to train my body, so we stopped for literally one second so I could see the poles and equipment and such. Just as I was about to tell my boyfriend I wanted to look into doing a class, a girl across the street yelled at us, "KEEP WALKING!" Surprised I turned and said "Excuse me? I was just excited this was here and was thinking of joining a class" she yelled again for us to keep walking and stop 'peeking on their class' or she would call the POLICE on us! I have never been so offended. Needless to say I won't be taking the class if that's the type of people I would be taking it with. Sadly disappointed.
