I asked Joel to develop a sustainable, full body workout to help maintain my weight, increase my strength, and prevent bone loss. I have been working with him for four months and have made good progress on my goals. I appreciate the fact that he creates custom workouts to fit my needs and provides an app to track progress on weight training, nutrition and other health metrics. I’ve been training with Joel Jenkins at Swole Goals Fitness for about 5 weeks now, and I can’t say enough good things. Joel is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to teach proper form, technique, and how to really get the most out of each workout.

Before starting, I often felt intimidated by all the different machines and didn’t know where to start. In the past, that left me feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. But working with Joel has completely changed that. His encouragement, patience, and ability to break things down has given me confidence and motivation I didn’t know I had.
