Our sessions are Coach-led and powered by Exerbotics for a safe, efficient, and effective workout that other gyms and studios attempt to imitate. We have perfected a workout that meets you where you're at, with coaches who inspire just the right intensity, and make it easy and convenient to stay consistent for sustainable long term results that matter most!

The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone is very upbeat and positive, but not annoyingly so. Haha
I really like the simplicity of the program, and complexity of the science working behind the scenes with their novel machines. I love that I donβt have to plan my workouts, as TEC allows me to show up, follow the program on the white board, and leave in 20 min. And the best part - I like that I see results pretty quickly!

Iβve been going to Exercise Coach since 2020. I can tell there is a big in my strength. Iβve never stuck to an exercise program in my life. Iβm in my 60βs, so the results Iβve gotten and the fact that I keep coming back twice a week speaks volumes. I love the all the staff, but especially Melissa and Alex. The atmosphere does not feel like a gym, and I really like that.

At the first session, your coach does an in-depth review of your goals and the things (e.g. time, medical issues, etc.) that are holding you back, and then takes the time to show you how to use the equipment. It's a very personalized experience and wonderful for those of us who may be gym-adverse.

This the only facility that I feel is safe for anyone who is immune suppressed and fir. EC goes beyond recommended safety protocols: special air filtration system, hand washing before using the equipment, , recommending footware just used at the facility, groups consist of no more than 4 members at a time, and mask are required during sessions.
The staff is excellent, communication and reminders about sessions is really appreciated! Group sessions are offered at reasonable times.
EC is one of those just in time facilities: gives me peace of mind, control of some part of my life when social distancing is so necessary, feeling of emotional well being being to exercise and relieve stress.

I love this place, they are doing a great job keeping everything clean and my coachi very encouraging and helpful. I love the fact that I can tell I've worked out but I'm not so sore that I can't function the next day. My doctor loves the fact that I'm not hurting my joints with high impact exercise. I can already tell a difference in my strength and I've only had five sessions!!
