The Pilates Edge has become a part of my weekly routine for over 4 years. It is the only exercise program I have been able to stay with for a long period of time. I believe this is due to the fantastic set of instructors including owner/instructor and now instructor trainer Rene Craig, the owner. She has built a top notch studio that is capable of working with all levels of clients - from advanced to beginner. I would recommend and have recommended the classes at The Pilates Edge to everyone I know looking for ways improve his or her overall physical wellness. I'd give it more stars, if it would let me.

Even after 7 years, Rene Craig impresses me every week with her knowledge of the human body and its capabilities. I was even able to continue working out safely during my 2nd pregnancy with her help. I especially loved the stretching techniques to alleviate muscle cramps during that time. I have had joint pain for over 15 years due to cheerleading and tumbling when I was younger. With her help, I am able to be more body aware (even while not at her studio) to think about how I am carrying myself to correct my posture and not pronate my feet. That helps my lower back and knee discomfort greatly. I feel truly blessed to call her my pilates instructor as well as my friend.

The Pilates Edge has been my go to place for physical fitness since 2008.
Rene is dedicated to her clients and she provides the “ Best Equipment and Instructors in the Oklahoma City Area”. My week is not complete without the Body Balancing at The Pilates Edge with Rene and Shirley on the rare occasions when they aren’t available both Dallas and Jamie complete my routine with ease and competence.
Definitely Five Stars for The Pilates Edge and their Instructors.

I've been going to the PIlates Edge for about six weeks. My two instructors are Rene Craig (owner) and Jami Haywood. I'm totally impressed with this studio and the instructors. They provide tough workouts, balanced, dynamic, totally not boring and quite fun. When I first moved to OKC I contacted a number of instructors and provided them with my goals and objectives, and several of them referred me to Rene and I've not disappointed. I'd been doing PIlates elsewhere and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted out of Pilates. I find this studio to be an excellent match for my needs and I highly recommend Rene and Jami and the other instructors at Pilates Edge and will continue to utilize their services.

I have been taking classes at The Pilates Edge for a little over a year now, and my health has seen substantial benefits from my time here. Not only has my fitness improved, but my personal health issues have improved. I would definitely recommend The Pilates Edge to anyone and everyone - They can specialize workouts to your needs, whether you're looking for intense exercise or are trying to get a gentle workout post-physical therapy.

Best Pilates studio in the OKC metro!!!!!! I have taken classes at a few other studios and this is definitely the one I would recommend to anyone. The amount of equipment they have is fantastic and the instructors are very knowledgeable. There’s always something new to learn! Very clean, warming, and relaxing studio.
