I am editing my review as of today 30 July 20 - I have no idea why the owner would respond in the last 12 hours about a review from 7 months ago additionally, I ended up cancelling my membership. The manager, Emily, is awesome and was trying to accommodate me by suspending my membership for several months until i recover from a hand injury and get permission from my doctor on 4 Aug 20 to see if i can ever box again. However, I was charged even after not being able to attend since March and the owner won't refund my money because technically I had an "active account". Not sure if this policy is a "Title" thing or a local thing but it doesn't matter...if I can go back to boxing, I will find another club. This is edited review, mainly because I don't seem to be able to write a new review - The workouts are Intense, fun, and varied WHEN classes are actually conducted. The afternoon and evening workouts are hit/miss; often the instructors don't show up and you won't find out until the last min when the management sends out an email (you hope you get it in time) or you show up and the doors are locked an the lights are off. Over the past 6 months the reliability of instructors showing up to teach a class, particularly in the afternoon and evening, has gone significantly down hill; so much to the point I will very likely be looking for a different club when my membership expires in Feb (morning workouts are not a good option for everyone). I would cancel my membership now however, this particular club penalizes members if they want to cancel no matter what the reason, even if it's the club that fails to deliver their part of the contract. It's really a shame that this club is struggling; it's in a decent location and boxing/kickboxing is a great addition to anyone's exercise regime...the owner/owners could have a great thing going on if they changed their marketing techniques, hired reliable instructors, and made the club available during the day and NOT just during a class (don't show up for class and then expect to be able to work out on your own). I understand a lot of new business may struggle the first 3 to 5 years until they are established but, what this clubs management is allowing to happen is ridiculous; its a shame. I want to recommend this club...an option may be trying out for a month; what ever you do don't lock yourself into a long term membership. Here's' to hoping things get better soon.

This company has been very inconsistent, not opening when they are suppose to, lying about contracts and billing you after you've given notice of cancelation. Hiring unqualified people who have no customer service skills. Owners seem not to care about the business. I would not recommend going to this Title boxing gym at all.

Classes are cancelled randomly throughout the week with very short notice. Does not honor contractual obligation to cancel upon request - account continues to be charged. Closed during COVID but continued to charge account, despite request to cancel. No one available to accept calls, walk-ins, or email. Management not on site, so workers just say there is 'nothing they can do' about overcharging. This is not a cheap facility. Go somewhere that holds to their scheduled class times and honors their contract.

This gym is great. I researched extensively before selecting this. They offer the most class schedules for any MMA/Boxing gym around. Staff is very kind and helpful. Gym is also very clean is a big plus. Especially Jon Gary is the best.

Last 3 nights there’s been no night classes. Doors locked up. Don’t want to continue paying for membership that my son can’t use! This isn’t the first time it’s happened. The first week of his membership the doors were always locked and knowone there!!!

Its COLONEL... I Recommend going to each one of the classes. Jon, Lynne, Emilio, Maurice, and Austin. Losing weight and you can see it. Great defense and offensive Techniques.

Questionable business practices.

This organization has been charging me a renewing membership fee against what I signed up. I was in Edmond for 1 month while living in Europe. I went the gym to sign up for the month. I had a long conversation with the woman I signed up with that I only wanted a membership while in the states I was told repeatedly that I would not be charged monthly auto renewing when I signed up. I told your trainer at the sign up to initiate any cancellations because I would ONLY be there a few weeks; and I was assured that would not be a problem. However, I noticed they have been charging my credit card every month which I refuted with my credit card company. I would not recommend the gym on this basis.

Trainers are not accurate none of them actually won a fight and the classes are the same workouts they never on time for class smell like weed and it’s for beginners 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

I love the boxing, great workout but the reliability of the staff to come in or even inform their members that the class will not occur via websites is absolutely aggravating and irritating 2 Sundays in row I came to class and looked at website and no one was there. So management what are you going to do about the lack of communication and reliability of your staff.

Title Boxing was an Amazing Experience . It was great for my cardiovascular training and was another outlet besides doing the Treadmill or Stairmill. If you wanna get in shape quickly Get Through those 9 Rounds Several times a week 💪🙌

LOVE this place! it is so nice to come to a gym where you get encouragement not only from the trainers, but the other participants around you! and not to mention it's pretty fun to take out a little angst on a 100lb punching bag!

How desperate do you have to be, to ask for reviews from people that have never been to your location! Pretty Spammy! According to Jerrod the guy that works there, they buy emails and ask for reviews hoping to get some reviews. What the heck!

The worst part is when you call Jerrod picks up the phone and hangs up on you on purpose and is extremely rude when asked how he got my email address and why the spammy email? Buyer Beware!

A better place maybe to try Pride Martial Arts or Solid MMA at least they dont try buying someones email address to get reviews.

Absolutely love this club! I joined a little over 4 months ago and my body has truly transformed. With 4 dress sizes dropped, over 20lbs down, I am forever grateful for the wonderful trainers at the club. The workouts are an hour long and worth every minute!! Hope to see you there!
