We have now been with Top-Flight for 6 years. We started out just tumbling and then oldest joined all star cheer and she has been hooked ever since. My youngest started when she was 2 1/2 and is now 6 and is also in all star cheer and is working backhands and elite stunts and the progression is leaps and bounds above what most 6 year olds can do, that is all thanks to the amazing staff that is caring and willing it work these athletes. It’s hard to find a gym that is that compassionate of their kids.

I have two athletes who attend this gym for tumbling and cheer. Staff is friendly, knowledge and provides a family type atmosphere. My kids have progressed quickly through their skills and enjoy the programs they participate in. Would definitely recommend.

Website not accurate. Classtime selected from what their website stated was open, when we arrived I was informed that was not the case. Husband of owner called my private cell phone stating he didn't like how I spoke to his wife, which was me informing them of their false advertising and demanding a refund. Very unprofessional.

Not honest when setting up classes. The husband called me & was argumentative after we left, after being mislead about available class times. Was told their website isn't accurate about the availability of class times. Either you take what is given to you time wise or nothing at all. Very unprofessional

Horrible customer service from the little girls they hire who talk to six year olds like they're adults. Wouldn't go back if you paid me and not signing my daughters up there for nothing now. Hire classier works and managers, don't use "she's new" as an excuse. TRAIN BETTER THEN!

I came here with my toddler for the Daytime Playtime and she loved it! There was so much for her to do, and the admission price was incredibly reasonable. The staff was very friendly, too. I'd highly recommend it!

We went to Top Flight for daytime playtime today and the facility was very nice, the equipment was nice and clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I would be confident in enrolling my kids in classes here. The outside of the building is just a warehouse but don't let that fool you into thinking this place isn't nice! We will be returning for future playtime's and classes in the future.

Both my son and daughter love their classes at Top Flight!

I enrolled my son in ninja class and my daughter saw how much fun he was having, so she joined too! It’s a very popular class and it’s good for overall conditioning and coordination.

My daughter also has private tumbling classes with Coach Anthony and Coach Swaim. She has improved very quickly! We have loved our experience!!

I can't say enough about the people and the program at this gym. My daughter started a year ago. She didnt have much tumbling experience. She had tried gymnastics but it wasnt her thing. Then she started tumbling here and has made great strides. She has made great friends and enjoys her competitive cheer team so much. Hanna, the all-star director goes above and beyond for her teams. We had a choreography camp this year that really pushed our girls to be the best. Cant wait to watch this program co tinue to grow. Would highly recommend.

We had my niece’s 40th birthday at Top Flight. Everyone had a great time!! This site was perfect - lots of inflatables for the kids to play on (hours of fun for them) and plenty of tables were set up for the adults to enjoy talking and playing board games (okay so some adults did play on the inflatables too!👍). Highly recommend it!!

We went to Top Flight's cheer team with high expectations and were very disappointed. We finished dead last in almost every competition. Our daughter spent 4 years on her previous team and went to Summit Championships. Top flight just didn't push the team hard at all. Most parents started looking elsewhere at the end of the season. Nick, the owner, sent my wife a text and accused her of "recruiting" for another team and barred my daughter from the team banquet. I left 3 messages, 2 to his personal cell number, asking to have a meeting and he would not communicate with me nor answer my wife's texts. So frustrating to have my girls so upset and crying over the actions of this cruel and cowardly person. The parents of 6 kids who went to the same new gym all sent texts to the coach stating the facts that they weren't recruited by my wife. There are now 11 kids who have moved to our new gym, which is 45 minutes away in Tulsa, and more who went elsewhere which I believe shows what the real problem is. If it was my wife's "recruiting", why did 5 more kids come over after she had already left? I rarely review anyone but this was awful treatment to a 14 year old who never missed, had more experience and agreed to help on a lower level team, also. For the record, we forgive Nick and wish the few that stayed all the best. This could have been so easily resolved had they communicated with us and the other parents. We still would have moved on because our daughter wants to COMPETE, but when you accuse someone, a loyal customer, with NO evidence and refuse to let them, and witnesses, defend themselves you will lose business and provoke reviews like this. I invite Nick to defend his actions here.
