I’m pretty new to this gym. Been working with this Trainer Reuben Weir since the start of July. He communicated pricing structure and expectations after going through a free introductory session. (His Instagram is @reuben_weir if you’re looking to get started.)
Highly professional, always on time, always supportive, knows how to challenge my limits incrementally. I’ve had some trainers either not challenge enough or try to get me to ego lift and then get injured. He’ll coach me on form and correct me, again, without being overbearing. I’ve had some trainers just constantly try to correct while I’m trying the lift and not really giving me a chance to listen to their adjustments. I had some body aches from getting back into training and he recommended Codey Williams (another person who works at this gym).
Codey Williams did some reflexive therapy and LET ME TELL YOU - IT WAS GREAT. Not gonna lie though, very painful because of how much I had let my body get. I hadn’t realized how much my body was overcompensating for movement. I just had been pushing past the discomfort and after one session, I felt so limber and flexible again. Total game changer.
Overall, glad this gym found me. Set the standard for how training should be and the environment is so supportive. If you’re looking for a safe, inviting, and encouraging place to grow - this is it!
Also, they are very big on being disciplined and re-racking your weights the way you found them. So if you’re the kind of person that doesn’t return the cart in grocery parking lots.. this might not be the place for you.

Absolutely love the hardcore, no bs, garage feel of this gym. Everything is old school and the machines almost make it feel like a museum. You just wanna browse and try different machines while you’re working out! Kind staff, good people, and great sound system. Absolutely love it, will be back!

This is my favorite gym in Oklahoma. It has an old school body building feel with tons of rare and vintage equipment. Each piece was hand selected to go in here so you know you're going to get a workout like no other gym. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the overall vibe is great! Highly recommend this gym, especially if you're into body building/powerlifting.

This is easily the best gym in 50 miles, if you want to lift they have all the equipment you need and some you didn't even know you needed.

No matter what your goals are, this gym can support them and provide you with every resource necessary to achieve them. On top of that, the owners and fellow members have created a community that is positive and inclusive. Come train here, elevate your workouts and make some friends along the way.

Terminated a member’s membership because they complained about the volume of the music in the gym. Bunch of pointless equipment and machines rather than trying to invest something more useful like finishing the set of calibrated plates. The two combo racks in the gym are owned by members, weird powerlifting “cage” which comes across as an attempt to segregate a group of lifters. More leg presses and chest machines than places to bench or squat.
