The BEST place to relax and move your body in an encouraging environment. I've been going to classes here for several months now and it has truly improved my physical, mental, and spiritual health. All of the teachers have different ways of making you feel comfortable and ensure that you're listening to your body.

For those new to yoga, they have all of the mats and props to use during your time in studio. The studio is always clean and offers a refreshing atmosphere with live plants and essentials oils diffusing. The others I've had the honor of attending class with always have a great spirit and joy about them that is non-judgement and uplifting.

Trinity provides a clean space to practice yoga. It has a variety of teachers so if you don’t like one, don’t worry because the next one might be perfect. The owners are also really personable and make it a point to take care of their customers.

I absolutely love Trinity Yoga! Lindsey and the instructors are great and very informative! I really appreciate the variety of people and ages that attend these classes; I think it goes to show that everybody feels at home here. I can really let loose and allow my mind to be completely still while in the studio. I have learned so much about transitions, breathing and poses from Lindsey and her and the other instructors are always so eager and willing to help! I’ve never felt nervous or like I was being judged; they do a really great job making everybody, regardless of skill level, feel welcome, confident and comfortable! I am so blessed to have found this gem. I foresee a lot of growth and goodness that Trinity will spread in our community! ❤️

I coach at a local high school and the owner has come to our gym on several occasions, at no charge, to lead a yoga session for our kids. The kids really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment you enter Trinity Yoga Studio, you will feel your stress begin to melt away! The studio and staff are warm and inviting. The ambiance is so relaxing. The studio is fully stocked with any equipment you will need for the class but, of course, you can bring your own as well. As a member for the past 18 months, I have attended a variety of classes at different levels and each instructor has been knowledgeable and professional. I’m not very experienced, but the instructors always offer assistance or modifications and I have never felt judged or uncomfortable!

Been using this studio for awhile now! What gem of a studio! Lots of natural lighting and plants to ground you during practice. The floor was clean and all the equipment was brand new. There’s an equal male:female so my husband even feels comfortable going. Trinity offers a variety of classes for all levels. Recommend everyone to take advantage of the 2 weeks for $20 deal. 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️
