I'm not a gym buff, I don't by any means LOVE going to the gym but I know it's good for my health. Personal training works great for me because I have the accountability of an ongoing scheduled time that I've already paid for. I've been working with Kyra and she's a great trainer. She's personable and even though the workouts are hard I think they are at the right level and she always works with me if we need to adjust the movements or if my form needs correcting. The gym itself is nice, good equipment that is well maintained, clean, and everyone who goes there trainers and clients all seem super nice. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Kyra has been excellent working with my tween and teen twice a week. She keeps the routines varied and challenging, but appropriate to their level. Every trainer is legit and will push you to your limits, but more importantly, they will hold you accountable. I’ve personally trained with a few of their trainers and each is equally elite. Oh, where to begin with this shining example of “excellence”? Found these guys online, sent an enquiry, and after chasing them down like I was hunting for Bigfoot, I finally got an appointment. No walk-ins, which is fine, I get it. But what followed was nothing short of a masterclass in how not to run a business.

So I show up, and the so-called manager (I think that’s what he called himself?) gave me a whirlwind “tour” that lasted less than 60 seconds, blink and you’d miss it. Straight to the hard sell, though! No time to waste on things like actually introducing me to the trainer, or, I don’t know, answering questions. Instead, I was greeted with “Here’s the price for X months. Sign up now or forever hold your peace!”

When I asked to meet the trainer (which seems like a pretty basic request?), I was told to come back later. Genius planning, really, why bother scheduling an appointment when the trainer isn’t even available? But hey, the manager was ready to push me into a decision with all the finesse of a really bad salesman. No trials, no real conversation, just “Pay up and maybe you can chat with the trainer.” What a deal!

Against my better judgment, I almost booked a session, just to get the pushy guy off my back. Thankfully, I didn’t pay upfront, and after sleeping on it, I realised, what the hell was I thinking? So I messaged them saying I needed a little time to think. Guess what? It’s been two weeks and not a response from them.

Moral of the story: these guys care more about your wallet than your fitness. If you’re into being rushed and ignored, this place is for you! But if you actually care about your health, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

This originally started as a 3 month plan to educate myself on strength training. I knew very little about the gym... Let alone how to go in and have a productive workout. Here I am 6 months later due to Tulsa Training providing so much more than I asked for: Nutritional training, sauna access and an atmosphere where I felt zero insecurities. They really do a great job in creating a space where their members feel absolutely confident about not being judged during workouts.
My personal trainer is Haley Stevens and I recommend her 100%. She is great all-around and adapts to her clients. She knows when I need to be pushed and she knows when I need to adjust a workout to better suit my circumstances. I was injured in a car crash during my first bit there and Haley consistently checked to ensure the workouts I was doing were not irritating my neck or ribs. If they were, she would adjust the workout so I could continue safely and effectively. I'm 11 pounds down. Muscle Mass has increased. Percent Fat has decreased. Confidence boosted. Forever grateful to have found this crowd.

Great gym, well maintained, all necessary equipment and more. Even includes a sauna and leg compression services for recovery!

More importantly, the trainers are top notch and friendly yet still motivate and drive you to work hard. Justin has been helping me for almost a year and I've noticed improved strength and muscle stamina. He even works out with me occasionally. Not pushy but also makes me work hard.

Don't go here if you want to take selfies, chat a lot, and socialize.

I truly appreciate everything Tanner has done for this facility. He really cares about the clients and his employees. You can tell he takes pride in his facility and regularly takes advice to make it better. The trainers here are friendly, informative and helpful. They do a great job of pushing you and modifying personalized workouts to each person.
Before starting working out here I had no experience working out AT ALL. James really took it slow at the beginning explaining form and each type of exercise so I was comfortable. Overall I would recommend this studio to anyone wanting to make a life change.

Tulsa Training is the perfect ideal spot for more hands on 1 on 1 PERSONAL TRAINING. They ensure they understand your goals and long term plans and stay on that road to get you there. Trevor has been a perfect trainer for my direction, he has focused my want for healthier basketball terms while also just getting me to a great feeling confident size and shape where I feel great on and off the court. Tulsa Training is a great gym. Every time I’m there, I feel like I get my money’s worth out of it. Each workout is personalized to me. It’s one on one with the trainer. With having my own trainer during that time, I feel so much more comfortable being there. There isn’t a ton of people there at the same time so I don’t feel judged. The trainer I had was Ashley, who has great hours to work with my schedule. She truly makes you work for it which is exactly what I need. She is extremely easy to get ahold of if I have to move my appointment.

Started off great, but this is the worst company I have ever done business with. Payment terms were negotiated up front and written into the form contract. However, they refused to follow them! Once they got a credit card number they just kept charging!! The company blanked out the written in terms, refused to produce the original, and sent the blanked out copies to CC company as proof of a contract. In talking to them, they admit that the terms were agreed to and just won't follow them because they are broke.
