Yoga Quest is exactly what I was looking for this year. The classes are varied in difficulty and the atmosphere is welcoming. All of the instructors are incredible and hot 60 is my new obsession! This studio feels like the community I’ve been looking for; calm, inviting, accepting, and warm. So grateful to live so close and be able to enjoy all the classes!

Gone to my fair share of yoga practices. I arrived at exactly 1030 and to my disappointment the doors were already locked. I knocked. No one came out to let me in. I called, no answer. I can see that there were sandals in the lobby, so I had the right place. I can understand being 5 minutes late or more, was literally there at 10:30. Could have just went to salt yoga and would be been fine. You go to yoga to relax, not feel pressured about them locking the doors.

Was in Tulsa for 2 days and did their 2 for $20 special. I did a nidra yoga session and then a hot beats session. Both amazing. They also had some artwork featured from a local artist that I purchased.

Best hot yoga I've found. The people are amazing. I go as much for the community as I do for the yoga. Highly addictive classes!

I am so grateful to have found yogaQuest! It's the best studio I've ever been to. The environment is inclusive, and the instructors care about each practitioner individually. I feel excited to learn and grow at yogaQuest for many years to come.

I love TulsaYogaQuest!
The studio is beautiful, clean and inviting.
There is a great variety of classes both room temp and heated, ranging from 60 to 90 minutes.
The teachers are fantastic. All with tremendous training and experience.
Makes it easy and fun for me to keep up my practice which is a very important component of my physical and mental health maintenance

Love this place! I’ve been doing yoga here for several years. The hot yoga is truly challenging in the most satisfying way! They also have room temp classes for a gentler challenge. I prefer yoga/pilates in the HEAT

Attended the yoga nidra and acupuncture event with Dr. Nancy and Amber. I have never slept so well in my life.

I bought one of the packages and have been attending the classes. Amber, Hannah and Laura are excellent instructors. This is the place to be if you’re serious about improving your health through yoga :-)

Just wanted to add that Drew is one of my favorite instructors as well. All of you need to try his yin class!

It’s so depressing how expensive it is. It’s the only legitimate hot yoga in town, and they offer little help to yogis who need help. Even though a yogi should not be turned away because they don’t have money…that’s just one of the limbs.

Five star for being awesome. Sad yogi for making it out of reach for normal, working class.

YogaQUEST is the ORIGINAL hot yoga studio in Tulsa and so much more. The classes are convenient and the instructors are amazing. Studios are very clean and the locker rooms are spotless. If you are looking to get your sweat on with a Hot 90 class or need to wind down with a restorative session, YQ has plenty to offer.

There's no place like HOME and that's exactly how I felt from the moment I walked in to yogaQuest studio. Warm, welcoming, non-judgmental friends! The studio was immaculate and they've been incredibly conscious of doing all things right during the pandemic. This is my go to place to keep me grounded and sane and I am oh so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this delightful group!!!

My time at Yoga Quest has been a truly wonderful experience. The newbie deal is SO good and really gets you hooked. Even after your new student deal is over though the unlimited package is still well worth the money!
All the instructors are top notch and have a unique style, but every single one of them is kind and supportive. They emphasis that the class is about your personal practice and that goes a long way in making everyone feel comfortable! The classes have a great mix of people who are new to yoga like I was, and other students who have been doing it for years, which really added to the supportive community atmosphere.
I can't recommend this place enough!

Where do I begin? I did the month long intro (INCREDIBLE deal) because I'm fairly new to practicing yoga & actually incorporating it into my daily routine. Every instructor brought something totally different to each class, which really made going to class fun. They make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and important. Yogaquest is a home away from home & a wonderful place to practice no matter what level you are at!

I had my first yoga class here 8 years ago, and it is still one of the best studios around Tulsa and the Midwest. Highly recommend.

Everyone is so nice. Bikram yoga was one of my favorite things to do in California. The studio closed near me and I never found another. Fast forward a gazillion years and I'm happy to have found Yoga Quest.
