This review is a warning to others: do NOT trust Twist & Shout with the safety of their children. The coaches and management here is an absolute disgrace. We experienced severe cases of bullying and harassment directed at individuals, and when the issue was brought to the attention of staff and later management on multiple occasions, they did absolutely nothing.
It wasn't just a minor disagreement; it was targeted, malicious behavior that created an incredibly hostile and toxic environment. The staff seemed either unwilling or afraid to intervene, and management's response was essentially a shrug and a dismissal, showing a total disregard for the well-being of the person being targeted. There was zero accountability and no attempt to rectify the situation or even acknowledge the seriousness of the complaint.
The lack of action speaks volumes about their culture. It is appalling that a business would allow such behavior to continue unchecked. If you are looking for a safe and professional environment, this is NOT it. Their total incompetence and disregard for children’s safety are reason enough to stay far away.
Shame on Twist & Shout for fostering an environment where bullying is tolerated. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.

For approximately 3 years I have taken K to her gymnastics class. K's current class is with Avery, who is very friendly & playful with the girls, but never with K! And while management could deny it, I very much believe it's because K isn't a blonde white girl (as is Avery & most of the other girls in K's class). I am K's nanny & I am white. K is brown. Way to go Twist & Shout!
