It was weird when we were paying for lessons out of pocket it seemed to help. They talked us into using learning fund money through Epic. I paid for it through Epic it was more than we had been paying. Okay I get it, because it is third party. But then they double invoiced Epic and the price went up $70.

Additionally the quality changed of the lessons. They would be late or have another lesson come early. Change times. We cancelled the last lesson because it was to the point it stressed out our son.

On the plus my son did accomplish a lot before we changes payment method. But we wouldn't recommend them.

With four grown kids and 9 grandkids I have seen it all in sports. This has been a pleasure watching my grandkids being apart of Unleashed Angels !!! Both of my grandkids have developed so much with the coaching they have received !!
Fees are not any higher or lower than other organizations, and with having access to the gym, tops any other organization!!

Great organization, they care about the players they want a good safe environment and strive for the parents to give that as well! I’m thankful my kids are involved with this place!!

I love this organization! They have helped my girls grow immensely in more than just the sport that they are playing. The amount of love that is put into not just the kids/players but the parents and coaches as well! Very family oriented with positive vibes every where! The owners are always open for discussion regardless of the topic and take it to heart. Amazing opportunity for my girls to be part of this organization and have most amazing owners/support. 💜💜

Terrible facility. After practice was canceled i asked about moving practices inside instead of having to pay MORE to use the facilities we already were paying for in a non aggressive manner and instantly we were removed from the teams GroupMe with zero explanation. When we tried to ask why we were told ”breach of contract” when asked to elaborate on what part was violated, they still failed to provide ANY reason.
The amount of unprofessionalism from the Unleashed Angels facility is wild. We love the girls and parents on the team but had bad vibes from the owners from the start and we were right. It’s sad to think someone can just kick an 8 year old off of a team and break her heart with out even offing an explanation as to why. If you have looked into this facility and teams I would suggest avoiding them unless you’re ok with not being allowed to ask questions and are ok with being price gouged.

We absolutely love this organization and the friendships made with the coaches, players, and parents. We always look forward to practices, game nights, bake sales, and team bonding! The facility is very clean and the kiddos always enjoy their time there. Love seeing them all happy, doing what they love, all while making the best of friends. As parents, we really appreciate the fact that they send out detailed invoices that states what the money raised is going towards. I highly recommend this organization and facility.

Great training facility. My daughter loves when it is time to go for training or to use the cages. I highly recommend this facility. Very family oriented, clean and friendly facilities.

I wanted to sign up my daughter for softball (she’s new to the sport) and I heard about Unleashed Training. I am so glad that we showed up in person! Rachel was so helpful!!! She answered all of our questions, gave us insight as to what to expect, helped calm my daughter’s anxiety about feeling “to old” to start playing softball (she’s 12). By the time we left Unleashed Training, we had signed up for practices and felt great about the decision to pursue one of my daughter’s bucket list items!!

Do not trust this organization. They require every athlete to pay facility dues when we never actually used the facility. The facility is shockingly small and only has one cage and not even a full size cage at that. They stack as many players as possible on a team in order to get more money in monthly dues. They require parents to participate in multiple fundraisers (6 in one season) and yet never disclose how much money was raised or where those funds went. When they are questioned in our team group chats, the person is reprimanded for being negative and immediately removed from the group chat and kicked off the team. They do not care about the kids playing ball… their only motivation is the money they can get from the parents. I don’t want other parents to have to find out the hard way like we did.

Beware! I don't want others to experience this or their child. This organization is not worried about the children. They are only worried about the dues and fundraising that is coming in. They call themselves a nonprofit, but the parents are never told where the money goes. They have at least 9 teams that pay monthly dues that add up to $3000. When asked where the money goes, you immediately get your child kicked off of the team. Any questions asked about the team or money, you get reprimanded and removed. They do not care about your child's well being and growth in the sport. Have even witnessed their coaches cussing and tell the players they are not good enough. Not a positive environment for your child to play the sport they love.

Plain awful! They’ve been banned from other counties because of their abuse of money and physical altercations towards parents, also not to mention their verbal cussing towards the children! Yet their contract is very specific to not be aggressive and cuss but yet they can to the children and talk smack on the other teams. The owners/coaches will treat parents as ATMs, over charge on EVERYTHING but quick to remove anyone off the team for questioning them where your money is going. I am disgusted by this team, these children and parents DESERVE better. BE AWARE !

I would be careful with dealing with anything to do with unleashed.. training, teams, events, and staff. Apparently, you can’t ask questions clarity if they keep asking for more money or else they will kick you out completely. They don’t even follow their own contract.
