Absolutely loved it. You could be inside or outside definitely if you're going to be doing the hot yoga you're going to be on the inside. Our Friday morning trainer was awesome would definitely go again. Very knowledgeable very helpful. Great teacher.

Updog is a clean, cozy, comfortable studio with indoor and outdoor spaces to get your practice on to suit your whims. The owner, Annie, is fully tuned into the daily operations, and Kris remains my fave instructor. She has the sneakiest way of kicking butt and sending you home smelling like lavender and lemongrass. What more could you want from a yoga studio?

Updog provides a beautiful space for hot yoga (and patio yoga)! It is a clean space and I love that there is plenty of room to move around and towels to borrow. Keep up to date with their newsletter or social media to see what fun events and specials they offer month to month!

I recently joined some friends for a Breathwork session at Updog Yoga in Tulsa, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! Our instructor, Sue, wove pure magic with her quartz crystal singing bowls, setting a vibe that was both calming and profound. At first, I was unexpectedly teary—the sounds really stirred something deep—but by the end, I was so relaxed I drifted off to sleep. Sue’s thoughtful touch of handing out lavender-scented towels to place on our foreheads or chests elevated the whole experience to another level of bliss.
The studio itself is pristine and inviting, with tasteful decor and beautifully painted walls that make it feel like a little sanctuary. The bathrooms are spotless, and they’ve got you covered with borrowable gear like mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets. You’re welcome to bring a drink into the session, and there are lockers for your belongings—such a nice perk! Sue is a phenomenal teacher, and everything she brought to the class was perfection. I’m already counting down to next month’s return with my crew, and we’re aiming to bring more friends along for the ride. Updog Yoga is a Tulsa treasure—do yourself a favor and check it out!

I really love this studio! Everyone there is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I enjoy the indoor and outdoor option. The owner of the studio truly cares about the quality and variety of classes, and her clients. Any time I’ve had a question, I get a quick response. Would recommend for a beginner or advanced student.

The owner, Annie, truly cares about each of the students/members. This reaches beyond just her to the other instructors too. I feel like I’m part of a community.
The classes and instructors are varied and professional. I know I will always get a good workout when I’m there. I always work up a sweat In their heated studio and their heated outdoor deck is amazing. Who doesn’t want to practice yoga outside?! 🙋🏼♀️

I came as a guest for yoga and I am genuinely disappointed in the behavior I witnessed. The acceptance and understanding along the yoga team was based solely on their financial status. I did not know in advance that I was required to hold a certain status just to participate in yoga classes.

I politely inquired about joining the studio as I have never been in nor have I met anyone there. It would be a new experience for me. Instead of being welcoming and warm as my past studios have been, they were beyond rude. Would not answer the phone and basically treated me extremely poorly, simply because they heard gossip from someone. It’s Tulsa, this studio is all about who’s who and not the practice. Below is my efforts to communicate kindly and of course you notice I get nothing back, NOTHING.

I took Mark’s 4:00 Sunday class outdoors and it was a stimulating flow. The instruction was simple enough that I usually did not have to look at anybody to figure out where I needed to be in my asana so I was able to focus on my breath and my center. Challenging enough that I noticed I lack balance when I tried warrior 3. Great class
At the very end of the class it started raining. I am a lover of rain and took it as an omen to return today.

Updog yoga is a beautiful welcoming space for a very healing yoga practice. Went for hot yoga and I have never been more relaxed and muscles more stretched out as much by Annie and her practice. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Updog Yoga is the best thing that's happened to me since moving to Tulsa. I have been searching for a heated yoga studio that is taking all the safety precautions to keep everyone safe.& well. There is also a heated area on a deck outdoors! This space is genius and I am so glad to have found my yoga home. Check it out!
