I came in today to try out the free trial that the gym advertises. Instead of welcoming me, the front desk employee (her name was Tracy) kept repeating comments like, “So you’re just trying to get a free workout because your gym is closed for Thanksgiving?”
I explained multiple times that I’m open to becoming a member, but she continued to question my intentions and made me feel like I was trying to take advantage of them. She then told me I could only do a “free trial” if I bought a membership afterward — otherwise they’d charge me for a day pass. At that point, it’s not a free trial at all.
I still worked out, but the whole experience was uncomfortable. A gym should be welcoming, not pushy or judgmental. I walked in genuinely interested in a membership, but after that interaction, I lost interest completely.
If this gym wants new members, they should focus on creating a better first impression.

I come all away to Vasa to try it out they say there was a free day pass they couldn't give it to me because ages ago I used to come there that was 8 years ago and I have a medical issue and they wouldn't even let me use the restroom.

This gym is an awesome value. Most gyms with similar amenities are at least double the price. The staff is all really nice and the gym is kept clean. You can hit any kind of workout you would want here (bodybuilding, cross-fit, functional, etc.). I recommend to anyone who needs a gym in Tulsa!

This location is not good. The older white stone butch with grey buzz cut is rude and has multiple complaints on her online. They clearly don’t care and she is always there so I cancelled my membership after she was rude and argumentative with me. Because after we had settled what she had an attitude about all the staff came by to stare at me wherever I was in the gym. Multiple people visibly following me around to the point of coming in the massage chair room, looking right at me, noticing I’m watching them, and then skittering away when it’s clear what’s going on. No one said a word to me. I didn’t have an issue with the policy, I had an issue with her telling me no one has enforced this policy for 4 years and acting like I’m being rude for not understanding why it’s all the sudden a problem. She was dismissive, disrespectful and not good at handling a disagreement. She needs to be retrained or fired. I can’t imagine what her training would be like when she can’t make a policy make sense.

Highly recommend the Body Conditioning group class every Tuesday & Thursday, which is suitable for all ages. This class helps strengthening body muscles (it is not a weight lifting class). We are lucky to have an excellent instructor who always provides demonstrations prior to the the actual exercises.

My son joined VASA Fitness while home from college, he tried canceling his account once he went back to school and was always given the run around. No one he talked to helped him, he couldn't cancel online because the amount he owed would change every time he made a payment. When we did finally get someone they said he needed to pay the amount due before the account would be canceled. When asked if the call could be escalated, we where told no, that no matter who we talked to we would get the same information. VASA as in no way helpful to my son as a member of their gym. We will never return it recommendation this gym to anybody. I would not leave any stats but I can't leave my review without it.

This gym keeps putting racist and offensive content (Fox News) on the TVs directly in front of the cardio equipment. This is my only complaint about this gym, but it angers and frustrates me at a place where I aspire to achieve wellness. Repeated emails, and in person requests, have done nothing to address this issue. Leaving a review here did, temporarily, so I will continue to leave reviews here. The gym has enough equipment that wait times are short even on busy days. Equipment repairs are handled in an adequate amount of time. This gym is clean and the staff is friendly.

Great value with all the amenities I could need. I appreciated the wide variety of classes that fit my crazy schedule. I had never gone to a class so I started at deep stretch with Kendalyn and I enjoyed it so much I've been back every week! I felt super comfortable asking her questions and she really helped with my mobility. Whether you're a beginner in the gym or a pro, you will definitely get something beneficial from this class.

I had to pay $128 just to cancel my membership after going here for three years! The gym is nice and clean, people are friendly, but there are only one of each machine so you spend a lot of time waiting for other users to be done, they are overpriced..especially when 1/2 their treadmills and stairmasters are not working on a weekly basis.

Nope. Just nope. The $50 dollar pay out to get of of this membership was worth every penny. Had the membership to use the spa area for recovery they have let the hot tub sauna and or steam room be broken down for nearly 2 months but don’t miss a beat on getting those dues. They’ll try to convince you they’re the best gym in Tulsa… they absolutely are one of the worst. They’re not gonna fix what’s broken and there is one cable attachment so unless you’re gonna buy your own stuff to take to their gym then you’re gonna be disappointed. Some weird social experiment going on over there. People like it for the classes but if your athletic and just wanna work out or recover… THIS AINT IT. I’ll be busy getting gains at crunch

Overall the gym itself is fantastic. Definitely one of the best in tulsa. When it comes time to deal with cancellation or freezing, they really stick you with fees and make it very very difficult to cancel. You cannot cancel or freezing person you have to use a third party app . Their app was not working for me to cancel. Called customer service and left two requests for callback. Finally got a call back after 2 days and by that time I was one day past the cancellation deadline. They still stuck it to me. I would have rejoined at some point but they were unwilling to take things into consideration like them not calling back in time or charging a full month when you're unfreeze it with only half of the month left. Very Very not cool.

I've been going to this location for about a month and the whole team as well as the facility are excellent! Everyone treats you like a friend and are very engaging. I originally only planned on going 4 days a week, but I love it there so much I have been going 6 days a week. Nathan who is my trainer is so wonderful. He's really good at pushing me and pays very close attention to what needs more work and what needs rest.
I highly recommend this location and really wish I could afford a more extensive package and more training.

Tulsa location is Hands down best commercial gym in Oklahoma! The staff takes a genuine interest in its members. I work out 7 days a week and am always greeted at the door with a good attitude and my favorite preworkout. I wish all Vasa locations were as good as this one. The staff at the OKC location is trash. Getting them to do anything is a tall order. Almost seems like an inconvenience to them. Tried tanning and they forgot to keep turning on the booth. They were out of energy drinks in the fridge but had the one I liked on display on the front counter. They hesitated to sell it to me. Equipment is always missing (handles, grip, an roller, etc)

The gym itself is excellent — great machines, nice environment, and overall a really good place to work out. However, the lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. She has a very negative attitude, doesn’t know how to speak respectfully to guests, and honestly gives off a bad vibe. She is a short white woman with very short blond/white hair, and she does not represent the quality and positive image of VASA Fitness. Hopefully, management takes this into account, because everything else about the gym is a 10/10.

I've been a member for nearly a year and regularly attend the Studio Red classes. Getting to know the coaches that lead the classes is important to me as they bring their own energy to the class. Until recently they were able to play their own Playlist for each class which helps them not only share insight into who they are but assists in their energy that they bring to everyone during class. Now they are no longer allowed to use their own music. I don't know why corporate decided to take this away from the coaches but I can tell you class isn't the same. It may seem like a little thing but it isn't to me. The gym is great and I have enjoyed going otherwise.

I’ve been trying to call and cancel my membership because you won’t allow us to do it at the front desk or through the damn app but no one ever answers the phone. This gym does not protect female clients. I have a protective order against another member who has been stalking and harassing me for months and VASA will not ban him, despite the fact that employees told me they have received multiple complaints from other women about this same man. I was told the situation has nothing to do with VASA, which is ridiculous. He is preying on women at your gym and you’re doing absolutely nothing about it. It’s disgraceful. Way to not look out for your respectable members VASA. Good job. Lifetime and Crunch did the right thing in banning this guy.

I dropped this to 4 stars because of the amount of equipment that is broken. They need to take better care of the equipment and get stuff fixed more quickly. Especially the ab machine that has been broken for weeks now and is the only one in the whole gym. Also, maybe half of the Stair Masters are working. Overall great value for the number of amenities and equipment there is, but they need to get stuff fixed or I'll consider other options.

The actual gym itself is nice, and the machines were mostly functional, although it could get crowded at times.
My main frustration is the $98.75 charge I had to pay to cancel my membership. They lure you in with a low monthly fee of $15, but hide a bunch of fees in the terms and conditions when you sign up.
There’s a $55 “rate lock in” fee they charge you two months after you first begin your membership and a $25 cancellation fee. They also require 30-day notices before cancelations, meaning you have to pay everything you would have had to pay in the coming month in order to cancel the membership.
I was only in Tulsa for less than two months, so when I left I was hit with a $100 charge. I can understand the purpose behind these policies, but it seems like poor business practice.

This place is run down. They have old machines with wear and tear on them. Showers don't work except two. One being a handicap stall with half a curtain on it. Now here is the real kicker, I was assaulted by another member. I called the police, they removed the assailant and then the gym cancels my membership because I defended myself. They will not have your back as a victim. I guess they want you to be injured and assaulted. There are nicer gyms in the area, with the same amenities and nicer people.

Sue’s weekday classes are a great way to start your work day – she gives great cues and keeps you challenged. This is an updated review, I posted one a while back but I renewed my membership and added on the studio membership and have been going to classes every day for the past two months. This is a great gym, and you get what you pay for in terms of levels of membership, but I’ve found that studio is the BEST deal. Unlimited professional classes with a community of other studio members, a sauna, a steamroom, massage chairs, tanning, a pool, and my favorite part - the new yoga room with infrared lighting and new manduka equipment. In terms of instructors- I’d like to recognize Grace, Alicia, Josh, and both Lindas (there are a few others I love but I haven’t been able to book classes with them because our schedules don’t align) for being lifechangers, special shout out to Alicia for really taking the time to teach proper Vinyasa form and for her outstanding instruction overall. These instructors really care, and they pull you in and include you in the fun. Did I mention the inbody scans too? Those are a game changer. In summary, if you really want to take your fitness and wellness seriously and have people to keep you accountable, and you want to change your lifestyle and the way that you feel, the studio membership is worth the pretty penny. For me, I was sick of waiting 10 minutes for equipment to open up, I found myself going to the gym only twice a week, and I really wanted to get back into yoga. Now, I have classes blocked off in my schedule and look forward to my workouts because I get to challenge myself alongside familiar faces on my own designated equipment and with talented and enthusiastic instructors to guide me.

Melissa is an extremely talented yoga instructor. Melissa calms you your mind before starting poses and gives you reminders to stay relaxed and focused on your yoga poses. Excellent instructor and interactive with class. Melissa's voice is lound enough to hear and she speaks often to prepare you for the next upcoming pose.

I really like coming to vasa I have been a member for over 6 months now, the facility is pretty clean and tons of options, a few things that I don’t see many people saying which I have to note.
The treadmills are constantly having belt issues and feel uneven, these need to be repaired or replaced.
A lot of the equipment is too close to each other so you can easily walk into someone working out. I really enjoyed the cinema section and was upset they put in a red studio, why not have both?
The men’s bathrooms also need work, cleaning and fixing hand dryers and faucets etc.
The gym is constantly overpacked and crowded, I figured since I get off work around 12 noon it would be quite empty but no it’s packed, this can be a bit annoying when trying to get into the zone with hundreds of people around you but to each their own.

I have been a member here for a little over 6 months. I absolutely love the fitness and yoga classes they offer. Each trainer is extremely knowledgeable and motivating.
Most importantly to me though is the childcare. My daughter genuinely looks forward to going. After I finish class and go get her, she always tells me how much fun they had. She is always coming home with a craft or activity.
I highly recommend VASA and encourage people to try out the classes. They are all truly great!

I absolutely love VASA Fitness! The studio is clean, spacious, and has such a motivating atmosphere. I’ve been hooked on the RED HIIT class—it’s high-energy, challenging, and the coaches do a great job of pushing you while still offering modifications. It’s the perfect mix of strength and cardio. I also love winding down with Studio Flow Yoga—the class is grounding, the instructors are intentional, and it’s a beautiful balance to the more intense workouts. I can’t say enough great things about my Vasa personal trainer, Tracy Walker! From the very first session, she took the time to understand my fitness goals and designed a plan that has truly helped me push past my limits. VASA has been a perfect addition to my fitness journey. I originally joined almost 2 years ago for Aqua classes that fit my work schedule. Currently attend several group fitness and studio classes, and personal training. The instructors/coaches are very knowledgeable , supportive, and welcoming. They get to know members and it is a great community. The addition of the studio flow infrared yoga has been great. While I do enjoy all the gym has to offer, I feel the bathrooms/dressing room could be checked more often as there is often tissue on the floor or trash full. Additionally more timely repair of machines that are broken.

Overall the gym has a lot. It’s not that it’s crowded it’s not that the staff are rude it’s that they lie to you about the contract. I was supposed to be locked in for a year then I could cancel at anytime. After a few years of going to this gym I moved out of state. I told them to cancel my account and it never happened then the company continued to charge me. I contacted them and then they tried to charge me 25$ to cancel I told them I wasn’t paying that as it was not in my original contract. I locked them from being able to charge my card they then used another card that I used to perchas a hat their that was not supposed to be on file. Very sketchy of them to keep my info, and lie.

My son has a membership and I’ve been going as his guest for several months and today a new manager told me that I had a old account and it had got sent to collections … and they would not allow me to work out even though I’ve been using my 2 childrens membership as their guest for over a year. Update: after over 200 visits to this gym, I am leaving. The stair masters are always broken as well as various other equipment. I would attend yoga but they made it studio only access. I refuse to pay even more to maybe attend one class a week because the hours of the classes are inconvenient. The cancellation process has been a nightmare and cost me an additional 70 dollars. I LOVE VASA I currently do STUDIO classes flow is my favorite! & KIDCARE! They’re very helpful and are attentive to my children! Im confident and comfortable when I drop off. It was a struggle as one of my child doesn’t like to be away from me but the childcare prevailed and my child is comfortable in their environment. The art my children bring home is SO CUTE! JOIN VASA if you need a mommy break and get your health back on track, I did! I love how they greet me when I arrive and leave.

I went to a Zumba class to try out the gym since I just moved to the area, and the class was great and fun, but the class studio is made of glass and is on full display for the rest of the gym. I'm really not sure why they would build it this way because most people don't want to be watched while they're trying to work out. If it weren't for that, I would totally go back and set up a membership... But I wouldn't go back at this point because I felt uncomfortable and self conscious seeing people watching us dance.

Very disappointed with my experience at this location.
When I first signed up, the staff clearly told me I could bring a guest anytime without extra fees. That was one of the main reasons I chose this membership.
But when I actually tried to bring a friend, I was told it would cost $15 per day, and the front desk staff spoke with a very rude and dismissive attitude.
I politely asked for clarification, but instead of helping, they were impatient and treated me like I was bothering them. This is completely unprofessional.
If your policy is different, fine — but don’t mislead new members and then act like we’re wrong for believing what your own team told us.
I won’t recommend this location to anyone unless they seriously improve their customer service and communication.

I’m really disappointed with the lack of clarity and misleading information I received at this location.
When I first signed up, I was told my membership included the ability to bring a guest at no extra cost.
But when I tried to bring a friend, I was suddenly told it costs $15 per day — which is the same price as adding someone monthly.
If that was the policy, it should have been clearly stated from the beginning. Saying “you can bring anyone for free” then charging unexpectedly is dishonest.

I have been a member of VASA since January 2023 and have had nothing but a great experience! I have been working with Melissa for personal training since I started and she has been able to guide me through workouts and work on my fitness from pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and post partum. I don't know what I would do without her! I recently took her deep stretch class in the StudioFlow and as someone who doesn't like to slow down very often, this class is exactly what I needed. I joined vasa and signed up for a personal trainer. Julien started out nice but after about 4 months he kind of was a jerk at times. He’d text me pressuring me to schedule sessions when earlier he’d been fine. Then one day I showed up and communicated id been hurting most of the week and needed to kind of take it easier. I’d also texted him earlier in the week saying I’d over done it and needed help recovering. He ignored my communication and instead pushed me even further. When I said no he got frustrated with me. Eventually just say “what do you want to do Sarah?” I said “at this point I just want to go home” he said “then go. That’s all you had to say. You didn’t have to be emotional about it”
When I explained the situation to vasa staff via corporate and locally they referred back to my contract and said I had to finish out my training sessions. But they would cancel my membership. I tried a different trainer. She sat on the floor for an hour while she had me foam roll. Not what I paid for. So I “donated” my last 3 sessions and was done.
They continued to charge me for my monthly gym membership!!! When I spoke with people on the phone they said i needed proof that I canceled and there weren’t notes in my account. And it would cost $81 ADDITIONAL dollars to cancel my membership when they’ve already charged me for 3 months after they said they canceled my membership.

Well at first I really loved it, within 5 months we bought a home gym and we didn’t need to go anymore. My husband and I both cancelled and in the last few days, we have been charged $224 in fees that no one can seem to explain to us. The professionals at vasa I like very much. I have been going here since they have opened. I called to cancel my subscription in october 2024 due to the classes they were offering, that I liked , were changing to late at night and I could not attend. I found another place that worked with my hours and switched. I was told there would be a $25 fee to cancel, which I said fine, even though they already charged my yearly subscription. Still I agreed and was told it would be cancelled in 30 days. They did not cancel. They continued to try and charge me. And now charged were sent to a debt collector. Even though I cancelled!!! BOTTOM LINE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR SOMETHING YOU SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR!! And you cannot call to speak with anyone because they will just say you have to pay and hang up on you, extremely rude!!!
Again, the facility and people who work there are great-they do not handle billing. It is through Paramount Acceptance and will not help you in any way. This is they way they make their money and is not OKAY

I don't understand paying extra for amenities that aren't even available anymore. most of their machines are out of order or there is always some type of "remodeling" going on...

Gym itself is nice, everything a person needs to get a great workout. My problem is the billing. The third party they use isn’t the most competent. Last September I changed my plan and since then they have been charging my gym membership to a canceled account and the kid care to the account I wanted them to use. So I’m all paid up on child care and past due on my gym membership. Funny thing is I was still able to use the gym. So I paid my past due balance and wanted to cancel my membership only to find out I’m too close to the yearly fees they take out and would have to pay those as well to cancel. But my wife canceling hers was no problem. It’s a joke and I will be gym shopping come February.

Didn’t even realize he worked there at first since he was just casually setting up equipment, but he still took the time out of his day to help me out. I called VASA and was told we can't remove the bank account on the members without having a replacement charge account. What?! I verified my account that has my name on it, with my bank. I attempted to work out at VASA today with their one day trial pass in Tulsa with my husband and was TURNED AWAY by Tracy. Upon attempting to check in, a kinder girl who was running check in asked for my ID. Another woman (Tracy) who was very unapproachable asked if I was working out to see if I wanted to make it my gym. I told her that I currently workout in Owasso but was just trying to visit with my husband who is a member and check it out. She chuckled and said that the pass can only be used for people who live in Tulsa that want to make it their gym. I was baffled and asked are you serious to which she condescendingly laughed and said oh, yes, I’m serious with a grin on her face. She did not offer me any other way to work out such as a paid pass or membership. It was as if she was well pleased with herself for putting me in my place. I drove 30 minutes to workout with my husband at a gym that my he has worked out at 5-6 days a week for years only to be treated like a second class citizen. I have always heard good things about this gym and was SO disappointed to be treated with such disrespect.

I moved out of state and canceled my month to month membership properly.
2 years later (after never hearing a word from them) a large charge showed up on my credit report saying I owed this gym. No amount of disputing it, multiple calls etc would have them remove it.
I finally just had to pay it - however it’s still on my credit report and I had to harass them daily to even receive a receipt so I can then go through my credit report to have the credit bureaus remove it.
I was told the charge was a fee for canceling my month to month membership and when I said there was nothing in the contract about a fee they then said it was because I didn’t properly cancel my membership. Extremely shady billing practices.

I really enjoy the pool and the machines but the best part of Vasa is Linda the Yoga instructor. She is super helpful and kind. I felt really uncomfortable my first class (I felt like I was the problem child )and she went out of her way to help me out. She also must’ve sensed my guilt about the attention that she so kindly gave me. She came up to me after class and thanked me for coming and encouraged me to come to her next class. And I did. She made it feel like a welcoming environment, free of judgement. A safe space if you will. In class she often mentions leading with your heart as it pertains to the movements. I will say that Linda leads with her heart in life. Bless people like her.

The FIRST time I showed up to VASA, I was ignored. When I asked how do I sign in the lady at the front pointed to the laser thing and rolled her eyes. Then she turned her back to me, and started laughing with the guys that were standing there. I apologized and explained that I had never been there before, she sighed heavily, rolled her eyes and just stared at me. I showed her my phone that showed first time information. She just stared at me, and so I asked her specifically where would the pool happen to be, so I could exercise by doing laps. I already had HUGE anxiety as I haven't been there before. She rolled her eyes again, and stated there's a wall.of windows in the back corner
over there, that's the pool, ok? I thanked her and made my way over there. No clue where the changing rooms were or anything. I did eventually find where it was. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I then later found out that EVERYTHING I thought I was signing up for for false, and this wasn't a no contract thing, and I'm stuck with the plan for 6 months or be penalized by having to pay $25?! Then the person who talked to me about wanting to cancel was JUST as rude as the first woman. I will NEVER EVER use VASA again, and my friends looking for a gym will also know how rude your people are.

Used to really enjoy this gym and personal training but it seems they can’t keep employees happy and they have a high turnover rate.
In my time at this gym I have been assigned 3 different trainers.
I do not enjoy explaining and educating new people about my chronic health issues but I’m forced to since I signed up for PT which I actually lengthened after getting to know my second trainer and they are now gone.
Ridiculous that I am being forced to continue paying for training that I only wanted with the one trainer. Mind you that trainer left because they were incredibly unhappy with how corporate this gym works. The higher ups only care about sales and want their trainers to pressure their members into signing up for things.
I have tried several times to renegotiate my contract and I am offered no help just met with “you are contractually obligated to pay x amount of payments” or “you need to sell your sessions to someone”.
Seriously disappointed. I would have never extended my sessions if I would have known how unhappy that trainer was and that they planned to leave.
I don’t recommend signing up for any training as there is no guarantee the trainer will stay and realistically I doubt they will.
This company just wants your money and doesn’t care if anyone is happy or not.

I don’t normally do gyms but VASA is different. I feel comfortable there and I have Melissa as my personal trainer. And when I say she is amazing, I mean she is AMAZING!!! She is patient, knows what she is doing and makes sure she is catering to what you can do but at the same time challenges you. I’m beyond grateful for her. About a month ago, I decided to get out of my comfort zone, and asked Gyllian, a former elite swimmer, if she could teach this 61-year-old man how to swim. Even though I am still a work in progress, I haven't drowned, and I am optimistic that one day I will be swimming laps at VASA. I encourage other members to branch out, the best way to avoid training plateaus is by always exploring different workouts and approaches to training. And I hope you are as lucky as me in finding a PT like Gyllian.

Vasa Fitness is a good gym with plenty of equipment to meet most workout needs. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the variety of machines makes it easy to switch up your routine. However, it can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, which might make it harder to get in and out quickly.
One thing to be aware of is their cancellation policy. The fees for canceling are pretty high, which can be frustrating, but they are upfront about it when you sign up. While the cancellation policy is strict, if you already know VASA is the gym for you then there’s no worries there. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer various fitness classes for those looking to try something new. Additionally, the gym is spacious enough to accommodate a large number of people, and the equipment is usually in good condition. Despite the crowds and cancellation fees, Vasa is a solid gym with a lot to offer for those serious about fitness. My plan was around $29 a month.

I think they deleted my comment. I told these guys I was moving and wanted to cancel. They said “ok no problem, we’ll cancel it” and kept billing me for months. Once I caught it they told me I had to call some number. I was going to have to wait on hold for something ridiculous. Finally, after I had been billed for like half a year, I just got another debit card. They turned me into collections. As a result, my Experian score is like 50 points less than Transunion. The collection agency calls constantly, and I’ve never experienced this type of junk. These idiots owe ME money. I’m so livid that words can’t really describe it.

I absolutely love Vasa Fitness in Tulsa! I had the pleasure of using this facility while attending school in the area, and I can honestly say it's the most impressive gym I've ever seen. The sheer scale of the gym is awe-inspiring, with top-notch equipment and amenities like a pool, theater, sauna, steam rooms, and even massage rooms!
As a studio member for over two years, I found the prices to be very reasonable, especially considering the quality and range of services offered. The instructors were always friendly and knowledgeable, making classes a joy to attend.
I also appreciated the emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility, as well as the massive parking lots that made visiting a breeze.

One area for improvement I'd suggest is offering more flexible times for studio and group classes during evening and morning hours. While the current schedule worked for me most of the time, I occasionally found myself wishing for earlier or later options to fit my busy schedule.
Vasa Fitness truly stands out from the rest, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to experience it. If you're looking for a gym that has it all, look no further! Five stars and highly recommended!

I love ALL THE SPIN CLASSES! I wash they had more 😂 but honestly love, love , love all the classes! One things I don’t like is they don’t have light therapy. The Vasa in OKC and in Utah have them😭 but other than that I love the gym!!

I canceled the membership in person. They said it was cxl. Now I get a call every week saying it's not cxl. I never leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous.

I really love this gym. The pool is maintained really well, the equipment is in good condition, and the staff seem great. I got a free training session for signing up, and the trainer actually was extremely helpful and chill. He didn't try to sell me on anything and listened to what I was looking for. His name was Harley, definitely would recommend.
