I can’t recommend the Renewed Strength program enough. Whether you’re just beginning your movement journey or returning after a long break, this program meets you exactly where you are. It strikes the perfect balance between building physical strength, nurturing your mindset, and helping you reconnect with your body in a sustainable, empowering way.
The movement portion is a standout. The combination of steel mace yoga and kettlebell training makes every session feel fresh, intentional, and fun. The steel mace flows helped me build coordination and confidence, while the kettlebell work improved my strength and endurance in a way that felt accessible rather than overwhelming. Each week felt thoughtfully planned, progressive, and doable.
Beyond the workouts, the program gives equal weight to what really drives long-term change: mindset and mindfulness. The guided meditation, journaling prompts, and breathwork practices helped me slow down, tune in, and shift my thinking around self-care and consistency. It felt like a true lifestyle reset, not just another fitness challenge.
The biggest game-changer, though, was the 1:1 coaching (I like to call this the “secret sauce”). Having personalized sessions that focused on my individual goals kept me motivated and accountable. Angie made sure every movement was safe, adaptable, and aligned with what I hoped to achieve. That level of support is rare and incredibly valuable.

I've been training at Vinyasa Viking Fitness for only a couple of weeks but I couldn't be happier with my progress and the unwavering support from Angie.
The gym itself is always clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming.
As for Angie — absolutely fantastic! She took the time to LISTEN to understand my fitness goals and created a customized program that’s both challenging and sustainable. Her knowledge, energy, and attention to proper form have made all the difference in helping me stay injury-free and consistently progressing. I absolutely love this studio and all the classes it offers! The instructor Angie is amazing. She's very helpful and encouraging to everyone that comes through her doors! I work out regularly with weight lifting but her classes has pushed me to different limits and it's paying off. 10/10!!

Angie is amazing. She helps accommodate any fitness level and has a way of pushing you a bit further each time. She focuses on form as well as building strength and mobility. Great atmosphere and never uncomfortable there!
Edited to add: I'm a year into training with Angie and still so happy to be working with her. Everyone needs someone like her in your corner. If you have goals, big or small, she will work with you to achieve them and cheer you on every step of the way!

Vinyasa Viking Fitness is AWESOME! Angie offers a variety of strength training classes and also gives back to her community by teaching a community FREE yoga class twice a week! I recommend working out with Angie 10 out of 10! I’ve been attending kickboxing twice a week since October and I feel stronger than I have in years! All the workouts are designed to fit any level of experience and the small class sizes make it a comfortable and safe atmosphere. I have definitely learned to prioritize my health while attending Vinyasa Viking Fitness and I would recommend it to anyone.
