I love Zenergy Wellness and have been attending boot camp classes for about 2 years. I have decreased my body fat by 6% and lost close to 20 lbs. She has varying degrees of difficulty for each exercise, beginner to advanced, and helps motivate you to challenge your body on each one. I would highly recommend this place
