1910 CrossFit is a fitness facility in Pendleton, Oregon, that offers a variety of CrossFit classes for all levels of experience. 1910 emphasizes functional movements, varied workouts, and a sense of community. The experienced trainers will help you reach your fitness goals in a fun and challenging environment. 1910 also offers Nutrition Coaching through a holistic approach. We focus on a simple, habit-based approach focusing on nutrition, mindset, exercise, stress management, sleep, support system and lifestyle.

This is truly one of the most special gyms I’ve ever been to, a real gem in the heart of Pendleton. I’ve spent the last two months here for work, and in that short time I found a CrossFit community I didn’t even realize I needed. From the very first day, Friday and her team welcomed me with genuine kindness and made me feel at home. They even invited me to spend Thanksgiving with their families, that's the kind of people they are. This gym made me fall in love with CrossFit again, something I've been missing for a long time. I looked forward to every single class, and I always left feeling supported, challenged, and part of something bigger. In just 60 days, this community felt like family.

Aside from the wonderful people, the classes always started and ended on time! Friday and her team run a tight ship! The programing is great for everyone, seasoned athletes to beginners, the coaches always made sure to find a way to safely challenge you. The facility itself is pristine, one of the cleanest gyms I've ever been to, and they have not only one, but two showers! You can immediately tell how much Friday and her team cares about the gym and the greater Pendleton community. I am so sad to be leaving this gym, and I cannot wait to come back!

The warm up is very important, even if class goes over the warm up matters especially on days with weight over head like today with snatches and over head squats. She puts focus on technique which is so important. She coaches everyone based on each individuals needs and has scaling options for those. She keeps everyone motivated and moving through the workout! I have been a member at 1910 Crossfit for over 4 years. It is an essential part of my life! Even my kids did the Summer Crossfit kids program. 1910 Crossfit is not just a place to workout, it is a family. The coaches are invested in each member and in helping you meet your goals - no matter where you start. The programming is balanced with heavy lifts, HIIT workouts, and accessory workouts. The gym is well equipped and clean. I recommend 1910 Crossfit to anyone who wants to improve their strength, mobility, balance, and overall fitness level!!!

I joined 1910 CrossFit because I was bored with my current routine and my physical fitness had been steadily declining. It was the right decision. One of the great things about CrossFit is that it can be scaled to fit any fitness level or experience. (My previous workout routine had largely consisted of running and using light weights so I walked in the door with pretty much no idea what I was doing.) The coaches are fantastic and there is consistent emphasis on technique and form. However, the best part is the supportive, enthusiastic community of athletes around you.

Nothing to criticize. Great facility, knowledgeable trainers, and a friendly atmosphere. The owners are local and will treat you like family. Whether you're an advanced athlete or just starting out, this is the place for you. Extra kudos for 1910's overwhelming support for military and law enforcement.
