Hello all, I am proud to say that I lost 8 lbs in 6 months of personal training and dieting with Boris. I started as a 126 lb Asian woman, 5’3” in her 30s. Body type fit with many years of weight training and HIT, goes about 22-21% normal body fat range. I finished the program at 118 lbs—not just leaner, but noticeably more muscular. Anyone with 20% body fat knows how stubborn fat loss can be without a tailored diet and training program. Here’s my true honest review of Boris, the 1% Better Daily trainer.



1. Communication – ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.8/5)
Boris is direct and professional, with clear instructions during training sessions. Weekly check-ins were consistent throughout the entire program. He was always responsive to questions about training or diet, making the experience feel very hands-on. I felt confident in how I ate and trained early on.

That said, food tracking was tricky for a newbie like me. I realized I had been tracking incorrectly only near the end of the program—spotting that earlier could have helped a lot. Boris is very active in both group chats and 1:1 channels, where he frequently shares valuable tips, insights, and meal ideas.



2. Expertise – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
With 20+ years of experience, Boris brings top-tier knowledge. Whether it’s advanced programming, biomechanics, or recovery techniques, he delivers with clarity and confidence. He helped me break through multiple plateaus by constantly adjusting training and diet strategies when things weren’t working. No time or energy is wasted—exactly what you’d expect from a true professional.

The program was structured for performance and progress. Every session had purpose. I gained strength, improved conditioning, and finally burned stubborn fat. My metabolism increased significantly, putting me in a state of high insulin sensitivity—a true fat-burning machine. Staying active outside the gym and eating properly also helped accelerate my results.

I personally found great value in my 6-month training experience. What I gained and learned felt like a distilled version of his 20+ years of expertise delivered in a simple, clear format. No chicken breast and broccoli diets, no starving yourself to lose weight—none of that BS. What I appreciate most is how Boris opened my eyes to what’s possible and helped clear away all the fitness myths on social media.

I've been working with 1% Better for two years. First things first - nobody cares more about his fitness clients than Boris and his team. I have been and I am on an ongoing basis consistently impressed by their thoroughness, expertise, patience, and encouragement as I work toward my fitness goals. Always encouraging, always pushing, but not in a 'gym bro' way. Very good customer service and bedside manner.
Boris put together both my current meal and diet planning and my current workouts. The dietary program was a lot to absorb at first. It took perhaps three months to really get it integrated into my lifestyle. Once integrated however, the meal plan is straight forward to keep on track and works perfect. I have as many options as I need, and when I reach a wall (What do I do on vacation? What do I do at work? Who do I do when I eat out with family and friends?) 1% has always and continues to immediately provide the options and flexibility needed to continue.
The training program is also intense, but builds as the workouts get better (…1% better each workout is the goal…). If I need substitute training exercises, it's a text away. If I strain a muscle, I get an immediate replacement strategy until any injury is healed. 1% also did an analysis of my blood and provided reports that I could have my medical care team review. My BAC went from 120 to 90 consistently within one month or so of being fully integrated into his program.
I think 1%'s direct and thorough review of the entire fitness situation provides unparalleled access to really knowing what is working and what is not working and provides limitless tweaks until I get it right. For those very serious about their fitness or even for those completely out of shape, if you have the desire and will to simply do what 1% suggests, your fitness goals will be obtained and at the same time the changes in habits and lifestyle integrated into their system will provide not just a quick fix, but absolute power over lifelong personal fitness. I’m 68 years old I have worked out for decades. I had a lot of shoulder pain and I could not easily do daily tasks, and it was difficult to put my jacket on .

I went to multiple orthopedic surgeons who told me I have no choice but to get a shoulder replacement surgery — which is a implanted metal ball and a plastic cup that eventually wears down in about five years and deposits plastic in your body!

I needed an Alternative to traditional medicine methodology for a painful shoulder.

I started getting naprapathic adjustments 2-X per week . I. started large amounts of Two or three different brands of Bovine,collagen, protein, and I started working with Boris and his trainer Guido. Guido is a From Belgium, who has worked with numerous Baseball teams, and pitchers On shoulder issues. He put together a program where I could build Pectoral and biceps muscles—-And still minimize shoulder pain.

Here it is nine months later and I look great I have excellent muscle tone, My girlfriend loves my arms And I can do the daily tasks that I could not do like reach Into the dryer and get my clothes out!!
Boris’s program cut a lot of fat from my midsection through a regimented High protein diet. And his personal training with his guy experienced in joint rehab was key to my recovery And a much better life!!!

I feel so fortunate to have met Boris. Don’t be intimidated by his chiseled physique, Boris is a softie. He has a great heart and true passion to help you reach your goals. His focus is fitness, nutrition, and accountability. He understands that everyone starts somewhere and we all have the potential to reach our goals, if you need help, this is the guy who will get you there. I came to Boris after a back injury caused me to become less active and I put on weight. I was cautious to start working out again after a year of recovery. Boris made sure that we started slow, I had good technique and never pushed myself to aggravate my injury. I meet with him regularly where we go over my goals and plan my workout for the next week.
