Are you are looking for educated coaches that truly care? Well, 3 Peaks CrossFit has them! All the coaches at 3 Peaks CrossFit are exceptional! If you have been thinking of joining a gym, please stop!! Instead go to 3 Peaks CrossFit and just begin. I have only been a member of 3 Peaks CrossFit for a couple of months and already have experienced positive change. I have more energy and less back pain. I'm 51, so it's never too late to start. I am someone with very little, if any, gym experience, so I was worried about how it would go with CrossFit. I can now tell you after a 4 weeks straight of three days a week, my worries were put to bed. Mel and her staff are amazing to work with, even with us rookies! They explain everything very well, plus they are very patience and encouraging to us. I can't do exactly everything due to a recent shoulder surgery and they have being very attentive at modifying things for me. This is really for everyone, and you will not regretted it. My aim was core strength and fitness, and I am certainly feeling stronger. Then losing a few pounds hasn't been bad either!

In my first 6 months as a member at 3 Peaks I was able to reach my goal of getting out of the pre-diabetic range. And I'm feeling so much stronger physically & mentally. The support from my boxmates and especially my coaches has helped me progress toward a much healthier lifestyle. I admit I was very intimidated at first. I joined 3 Peaks because I wanted to shake things up in my routine and wanted to try a group environment, which I'd never really done before. I am SO GLAD I decided to join! I joined 3peaks Crossfit beginning of April 2023. After 8 weeks, I feel SO MUCH better. I know I've gained some muscle and lost some weight. I will not gauge my progress on a scale. I just know I can fit clothes I couldn't fit 8 weeks ago. My energy level is up and definately feel more confident. This is due to the work outs at 3Peaks Crossfit. The coaches are all awesome. I started CrossFit because I was ready for a change. The structure and group class setting was what I need to be successful. I led a pretty sedentary life as a stay at home mom. My kids are adults now so it was time to stop making excuses as to why I couldn’t take care of myself, now. I began this journey 10 weeks ago and I’m so glad I did! To be honest, after the initial visit with Coach Mel, I almost decided it was too much for me physically. She had me do a quick workout and I almost passed out because my body wasn’t used to that much movement. “You want me to do this for an hour?” Yes. Muscles were awakened that hadn’t been used like that in many years. She promised I wouldn’t feel that way again and I never have. I feel stronger than I’ve felt since I was active in high school and strength can only be earned. My stamina has a very noticeable increase! My mental clarity has improved. Some days are hard to get myself to class but I promised myself a change and I can’t achieve change if I give up on myself. Coaches won’t give up on you either. They encourage you not just because it’s their job but because they care. Also, you kinda get your own personal trainer every time you go to class. If you’ve been on the fence about it, just try. You can’t grow if you stay stuck in your comfort zone. You won’t regret it!

I'm so glad I joined Crossfit again. I was scared at first, but after meeting with coach Mel and Nina, they helped me with that little push I needed. I love how encouraging and friendly everyone is and it's not a competition as to who can lift more or is done with the work out faster. I've made some friends and have received really good feedback when I ask the coaches for different suggestions. Also, I've noticed I've became stronger and have improved in a lot of areas, there's still work to be done but seeing how I can now due a burpee or push more through each work out compared to almost a year ago makes me even happier. I love the structure and how everyday there's something new, each month there's always a new challenge and room for improvement.

I joined 3 Peaks Crossfit a little over 2 months ago, just 3 months after having my baby. I am full time mom, a full time student, and a 4th grade teacher. Since joining my stress level has gone down, my mood has improved, my energy has improved! I love this gym! When I walk into the gym it offers a positive environment. I joined 3 Peaks CrossFit in hopes of losing some weight and getting back on track with being physically active, but what I’ve gotten from this gym is so much more than that. Since committing to the CrossFit lifestyle almost 5 months ago now I’ve not only gained muscle, but also priceless friendships. Not only are the coaches all very personable, they actually care about you and are always cheering you on. Every class they check in with you to see how you’re doing and are constantly pushing you to be your best. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. These are people who have got your back and will follow you through your fitness journey. I was hesitant at first to join because of the price, but I ultimately had to make the decision that my health is too important to me to give up on myself and I’m so glad I did. If you’re hesitant at all about joining, I highly recommend setting up a meeting with Coach Mel and just listening to her story and about the 3 Peaks community and meaning. You’ll quickly realize how much you need this place in your life!

I joined 3 peaks in early 2021, BEST DECISION EVER! If you are even considering 3 peaks, just do it! They will not disappoint. The coaches are so knowledgeable and genuinely care about your well-being. At the beginning of class they check in with you (any soreness, pain, injuries) so that they can modify workout if needed. Not only are the coaches cheering you on, but you have all the members in class pushing you and encouraging you.
I was concerned that I was too out of shape to participate with some of the members, but it honestly does not matter. No competition, but with yourself. There is nothing but love and support.

I hear this alot regarding me and Cross Fit. Some don't know how I do it, some find it awesome but could never do something so intense. Ok here is how I do it...I get up, I put on my workout clothes, I get in my truck and drive to the Box aka Cross Fit. I go inside and do the WOD ( work out of the day) some days I may not like that workout because it's a,challenge for me, but I do it anyway. I have great coaches who make sure I do the movements with correct form... Some of the exercises are modified for me and that's OK. I have learned to forget about competing and do the best I can.
The other day the WOD was difficult for me, involved lots of running. I am not a,fast runner, at one point I said crap I am going to be last, and I was but I finished! And those who finished before me cheered me on.
I felt good about myself and the fact I have committed myself to be the best I can be, for me!
At my Box we have many athletes, some run very fast, some are super strong and lift much weight and all do their very best.
I may not be the fastest or the strongest but by God I try very hard to improve and I have.
If you want to try Cross Fit do it! Find a Box with a good coach, one that will watch your form, work on how you move, correct you and never give up on you.
No one will laugh at you, cross fit folks encourage you and applaud your successes.
You don't fail by trying, you fail if you don't try. And that is how I can do Cross Fit!
