I started pilates in my third trimester of pregnancy to get stronger, feel better and prepare my pelvic floor for birth. Michele was so accommodating to me by helping me carry things and offering other alternatives when necessary. I felt like this pilates class really pushed me physically and mentally in a good way! I have no doubt it will help me with birth and recovery. Thank you so much Michele!!

Beautiful space with the full suite of equipment. Michelle is welcoming, super knowledgeable with excellent cues, and able to teach an all levels class/a wide range of individuals and abilities. Highly recommend and will return the next time Iβm in town!

I have really enjoyed my classes at 5th Line Pilates. The workouts are challenging and accessible at the same time. Doing the exercises on the reformer builds strength in a whole new way compared to the various activities and fitness regimes I've committed to in my life. The studio is very clean and has a great vibe. Michele and Carla are wonderful to work with. Check out 5th Line Pilates!

I cannot say enough good things about this Pilates studio! Attending classes is the highlight of my week! The instructors are top-notch, the facility is clean and inviting, and the classes are challenging yet accessible for all levels.
