SO WORTH IT!  Around early summer 2021 i was in desperate need of getting back in shape and I had no motivation to do it on my own, a friend of mine recommended "Antidotes Fitness & Nutrition" and Jay as a trainer. So I signed up and was first-day hooked!!. We met about 3 times a week. Jay is great with communication, he really motivates you when those reps are getting hard, and really cares about his clients not just in fitness but also in your natural health. & He knows how to fabricate it to fit your level and lifestyle to make sure get your wanted results maximized!
