My husband and I have been to a ton of anytime fitness locations across the country , and this is one of the best we’ve come across. Super clean, and lots of equipment. It’s not a huge space but is very well optimized.

When we signed up Justin took time and explained how everything work and even took the time to show me some machines. My trainer Bonnie listened to what i was saying. Asked follow up questions. Did not make me feel like i was dumb or did not belong here. Tailored a plan for me with my physical limitation.

It is a great gym but the owner is very disrespectful and rude. We were there from Wyoming (all of our kids have a membership here) and a couple of the kids forgot their keys so they went with the two that did. Rather than call and just get clarification of what went on he called CHILDREN and yelled at them that they were stealing from his family and that he was canceling the memberships for those that had their keys. He could have called and just got the names of those that went and looked up that they have memberships and have for a long time but instead he just yelled at them and now they can't even work out at home. Some of these kids are college athletes and were unable to work out for the week we were there due to his actions. How disappointing considering the gym here in Wyoming so AMAZING to work with!!

Been a client of Justin's for nearly 7 years. His gym is always clean and well kept and filled with well maintained/cared for equipment. When ever something is out-of-order he is prompt to replace or have it repaired and has always provided top-notch customer service.

Good fitness location. Equipment is well kept and operational but some weight stacks had dust on the top plate.
Gave 5 stsrs as the temperature inside was comfortable and the music was not too loud for a 430am workout.

I have been going to Anytime Fitness for 6 years now. I have also been to the majority of fitness centers in the basin and continue to stay with Anytime because of the quality of equipment, cleanliness, services and products offered, and welcoming atmosphere. Highly reccomend if you're looking for a close knit community and a high grade facility.

I made the switch here and I am not disappointed. The equipment is up to date and always clean. There is a lot of machines, free weights and sport training to accomplish a variety of workouts. Staff is great and always friendly. Highly recommended!

I have been a member for about 2 years. I have attempted to cancel my membership and they are asking me for “proof” that I have moved.
I’m not canceling my membership early by any means as it was a 1 year contract.
This is extremely unprofessional.
I do not plan on joining another anytime fitness in the future.

Nice equipment, friendly & helpful staff, and not too crowded. If you’re not making a little noise when you’re doing deadlifts, I’m sorry but you’re probably not lifting enough weight. That sets the “lunk alarm” off at PF. Not here!

Horrible staff. Eventhough i changed my address and cancelled my membership while providing change of address document, they still charged my bank account. Do not give then your checking information! They will keep charging you for whatever reason and call it maintainannce.

I lost my key, and since this is not my home gym the guy in the office told me "It's not my problem because I don't make any money off replacing it." and refused to even call or send an email to the other gym. Terrible way to do business and very rude.

Gym is very small and most of the members use 3-5 stations at once so lifting can be frustrating. Most of the equipment is in good condition and they have a large selection of dumbbells

I joined Anytime Fitness immediately after they opened the doors several years ago. I was very impressed with it and was a frequent member. A couple years ago I had to freeze my membership for awhile, and it was right after Justin became the manager. I recently re-activated my memebership, and I have to say that Justin has done a phenomenal job with the club. It looks great, there's so much more equipment available, and everything is maintained well. I have no doubt that if there's any issues with anything, he will see to it immediately. I have always and will always recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Great customer service! I am from Klamath, but live in Eugene now. Every time I come back to town Justin always work with me! The small gym setting works perfect with those individuals who are serious about getting in a good workout as well as for those who are beginning to work out! Also, every other member comes with a great attitude! Overall, Justin runs Anytime perfectly!

I have been coming to this gym for the last 2 years and i have not been in a more positive and great environment to be working out in.. everyone here is so helpful and positive about what is going on and if someone was struggling there would be someone there to help out and get them on track. In my opinion its like one big family here and there has not been one thing i havent enjoyed here.

Terrible customer service, it's way to small. Go to the racquet ball club, it's a big gym that is cheaper, has more equipment, a sauna and even a crossfit room. It also has a daycare. So don't waste your time or money with this place

I didn't think I would ever find myself enjoying the gym, much less wanting to go or be willing to pay the cost, but this branch of Anytime Fitness makes it worth it! I love the friendliness of Brittany (only staff member I've met) and her willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I get the most out of my gym membership. I'll definitely be recommending this facility to friends and family
