I have known and worked with Kristin for over 16 years – at the YMCA for water aerobics, Yoga and Tai Chi. She is a true angel, who has a deep empathetic sense of how to connect with her clients and adjusts the practice to match individual needs and limitations. No matter what your physical challenges are, her ever expanding knowledge of Yoga and Tai Chi is applied to foster healing and growth.

My Yoga practice started in 1970 – and over the decades I've experienced dozens of teaching styles as well as teachers (and even did some teaching). Kristin is miles above all the rest. I've witnessed truly transformative moments with her – a lady with advanced MS doing her first downward-facing dog, and the smile on my late wife Christine's face when she was doing chair Yoga at our home, and now seeing how my wife Sharon has far better mobility, etc. -- thank you Kristin!

Kristin is such an amazing instructor🥰. She really cares about having the right form for the exercises and building up on that. Through her training she is given me confidence to go the gym and lifts weight since I now know how to do them right. And more so I have become leaner and stronger💪🏾 and lost close to 10lbs. I’ve taken yoga lessons from Kristin for over 10 years. I’m 77 years old and can get up off the floor, have the ability to catch myself before I could fall, gained strength in my arms and torso and learned how to breathe to create peace within my soul. She is patient with her students as they learn and allows us to set our own pace as we grow and gain strength. My husband is now joining me in the classes and attends even if I can’t. Now, that’s a miracle.
