Cult-y in the best way, like anyone who’s in on the secret of Backbody Project feels like they unlocked the key to lifelong, functional, super challenging and fun fitness. Meegan is a powerhouse—I’ve been following her loyally for years because she’s a fitness nerd and knows how to connect her clients to the greater meaning in the movement. Also, it’s the most varied and creative workout I’ve ever experienced. Playlists are tops. As I age with this workout, I continue to look around and marvel at how I continue to see people crush this class in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s...because they’ve built a foundation with Backbody and keep getting stronger. No filler! Try it!

This is a challenging class focused on strengthening the butt. Great music drives the workout, and a rad group of people in attendance.
The workout can be adapted to various fitness levels and breaks are encouraged and happening all around you. If you are looking for something advanced you have also found it. BBP is now part of my weekly routine. Definitely recommend!
