One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get a day pass and when the staff lady finally did show up she was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

Really disappointed with this place. It’s incredibly hard to get hold of the lady who’s supposed to let you in, and when you finally do, her attitude is rude and unwelcoming. The gym itself feels outdated and could use a proper revamp. Overall, not a great experience — the staff definitely need to work on their customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Super nice little gym with such a friendly front desk gal and everything you need, plus a super cool little open exercise room with a climbing rope and wall.

Even has a sauna - super deal for a guest pass for only $10.- it's great they offer this!

They really need to do something about that door though as far as exiting and put up a much bigger sign that you got to press a button to unlock it because I'm sitting there banging against it like a dummy and the dozen people in there weren't nice enough to tell me I had to push a button until I finally a guy spoke up thT there was a button I had to push to unlock it.

Way too much signage around the door. You all need to have a clear sign with bold letters saying push a button to unlock the door for idiot guests like me lol.

Honestly idk how to feel about this place. I've been here the last 9 months living here in bandon and the owner just doesn't seem to care about their people and members.there isn't one bench that's not ripped up and their fix to the problem is duck tape. The manager here that is working is super nice and very helpful and does a great job but to the owner you need to do better like for start fix your sign in the front of your gym from the storm in January. Just proves this owner is putting more care into his other gyms in nearby cities and neglecting this one bad! We don't deserve this in bandon. I've been a general manager in a gym and this is unacceptable for your members

Great gym to workout at. The price for a membership is worth it. Small, but has about everything you could need. The sauna is a nice bonus. Staff is super friendly. Some things could use an update, but everything works as it should.

I have a gym pass here and I'm grateful to have a gym in town, but it could use some updating and modernization. A fresh coat of paint, new blinds, improved lighting, and updated artwork would greatly enhance the atmosphere. Some benches are patched with duct tape and need replacing, and the yoga mats are in poor condition and should be upgraded. Additionally, the dumbbells in the lifting area are not labeled, which can be frustrating. Adding some music would also create a more enjoyable environment. On the positive side, the cardio equipment is excellent, and the sauna is fantastic. Overall, the gym provides the essentials for a good workout.

This was a good gym to stop by while traveling. We were able to pop in for a quick day pass for $10 per person after 9am (which is when we were able to be let in). The equipment is fairly minimal but it has everything you need to get in an excellent workout. I’m glad I got the chance to visit.

It was wonderful to pay $12 for the day and the girl at the desk was very pleasant. It was like an old school gym. There was nowhere to put my bag while I was working out. The bathroom was small but adequate.

This place just made me revoke my membership because I will not tolerate one of there employees treating me with disrespect I paid over my amount for my first visit to get my membership started because they did not have correct change then I only used the gym 2 times sofar since I got the membership and now the lady at the front desk yelled at me demanded to see my key phob and identification as well as my friend who is also a member then proceeds to tell at me and make a scene in the gym in front of other people then when I asked her to cancel it and I'm leaving she said to stay right there she was not done with me smh I'm very aggravated and felt uncomfortable and embarrassed

Great place to work out! Wonderful circuit of machines as well as free weights in a separate half of the area. Climbing machine is super tough and will kick your butt! But the rowing machine is solid and the thigh machine helps get the kinks out.

I find this gym to be satisfactory. Nothing fancy but the equipment works & the building is clean. The price of a membership is great a quality because it works in 3 locations in the surrounding towns. The staff hours is extremely limited & the wifi never works for me. If your a novice in the gym equipment department theres nobody to ask for help & they dont give you a tour or introduction when you become a member.

We recently visited Bandon and were pleased to find this local gym The young lady who runs the establishment was very professional and pleasant to work with. My son and I were able to purchase a week membership while we were there. The fitness center had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our time there. . I would strongly recommend this fitness center to anyone who is visiting!

Great place to workout! Quiet atmosphere, clean building, good equipment, and polite members. Staff hours fluctuate so the best way to reach someone is to call and leave a message, but when she's there she is GREAT! Other than that, definitely check it out when you get the chance.
