Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

I have only attended classes at Barre3 Bend for about a month, but I already love it. They are challenging and I always feel sore after class, but I also feel energized, strong and not completely depleted, like other workouts have made me feel. I love that it's a full body workout and includes a little of everything: cardio, weights, movements at the barre & abs! The studio itself is also lovely, a very open atmosphere with natural lighting. I can't wait to continue my Barre3 journey!

This one of my favorite places in Bend 🩵. The instructors are all incredible and the vibe is always welcoming, filled with warmth and kindness. Functional movement is a big theme in the classes here. Yesterday, my senior lady dog, who usually traverses well on hikes, just couldn’t make it up the hill for the first time. I was able to swoop that 45 lb girl up and carry her all the way up the hike. I definitely owe this to Barre3 and the amazing instructors. What’s more functional than carrying your elderly puppy when she needs you most 🥹🥹🥹

I have been coming to Barre3 Bend faithfully for almost 10 years now. As someone who can get bored with the same workout routine, it just goes to show you how AMAZING Barre3 Bend instructors are. Heather, in particular, who has been there forever, never fails to give me a challenging yet different workout each time. This is quite astonishing considering the thousands of classes she has taught over the year. She does a wonderful job motivating me with her own toughness and strength, giving me the right amount of push when I need it. With the recent addition of the Cardio classes, I'm completely hooked and will be a Barre3 member for life. Thank you Barre3 Bend for making my life that much sweeter!

I love this studio, the instructors are all really good. The classes are challenging (it’s all the exercises that you need to be doing!!), and if needed the instructors are great at helping modify exercises. They have child care- any kids are happy to go. I highly recommend working out here!

Incredible workout, wonderful people. Studio is lovely, bathrooms available. Shower not currently due to COVID. THE OUTDOOR CLASSES ARE AMAZING! it’s in a great spot, easy to get to. Bring water, yoga mat for the outdoor classes. You can be barefoot or with shoes (outside). Can modify everything, but weights will definitely improve the workout. Great for all athletic abilities.

The Barre3 Bend studio is owned, managed and staffed by amazing women who truly care for each customer. This type of workout is the best way to nourish your mind, body, and soul....it is unlike any other fitness routine and can be done by all ages & sustained for a lifetime. For a long time I did my workouts from home. Lots of HIIT and weight lifting. But, low back pain and Beach Body burnout left me wanting something fun, different, and motivating. My friend took me to Barre3 in January 2018 and I loved it! I am now a member and go to Barre3 4-6 times a week. I love the instructors, the music, and the variety of exercises. Many of the exercises are similar to the exercises my physical therapist recommended for improving glute and hip strength. Each instructor has a different vibe and something great to offer. The community of people involved with Barre3 is super supportive and just plain good.
