Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, youβll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

I have been taking classes at barre3 since 2011 and it has supported me through many ups and downs, including recovering from a c-section. The instructors are amazing and I have met some great people there. Every class leaves me feeling stronger. What I love about barre3 in particular is how balanced and calm I feel after class.

Excellent workout! Awesome instructors. Everyone is super wonderful and nice, very inviting. The workout is super intense, great for all bodies, tons of modifications offered. Youβll for sure walk away feeling the sore start! Highly recommend. *Excellent also for expecting and postpartum ladies!
