Tyler is excellent! He does a great job keeping each workout feeling unique and fresh while also cycling back to skills to ensure they’re continuing to progress. I’m a relative beginner to most weight lifting and have felt confident and also challenged in each session, thanks to Tyler’s expert guidance. I’ve loved that we were able to book sessions as a duo so my partner and I can workout together! Highly recommend!

I started working with Tyler in January to build confidence, learn how to workout, and to have someone help hold me accountable on my journey for better health. Working with Tyler was one of the best decisions I could have made. He did a fantastic job explaining each exercise and how it relates to my goals; the weekly exercises we did, and the homework exercises felt aligned with my experience level and intentions He would answer all of my questions in a non-judgemental and informative way. He has a great professional way for correcting mistakes during an exercise that I never once felt embarrassed or silly trying something new. Plus, each week was super fun with the variety of things we'd do.
Tyler has a wide range of experience for all experience levels. If you're a beginner like me who needs a lot of extra support and guidance, Tyler is your person to work with. Now when I visit the gym, I feel way more comfortable with exercises, which has allowed me to consistently go. Highly recommend contacting Tyler!

Iv’e been working out with Tyler, owner of Bennettfit 365 for several years, working on core muscles for balance and golf. Tyler’s knowledge of the human body goes beyond strength training and he is a great resource for nutrition- food and supplements - and how they work in your body. If you want REAL training that is whole body and brain, go see him. Once he starts talking about what he obviously loves, you will want to work with him. I’m so much stronger than when I first started!
