Masters SuDahn and MuChun are incredibly talented at what they do. In one session with Master MuChun, we were able to work through my internal struggle with public speaking that has generated anxiety and has been a barrier for me for my whole life. I look forward to classes with Master SuDahn as he is truly a master at creating the perfect circumstances for reaching a meditative state. During my time with Body and Brain, I have improved my ability to listen to my body and quiet my mind. They have provided me with tools to relieve stress and address the pain points that have developed from working at a computer every day. I love this place, master Sudan & master muuchan are amazing tai chi teachers. The classes are always a little different depending on the energy or level of stress we bring in. Tai chi classes with them feels like a natural antidepressant, I always walk in stressed and leave relaxed and happy.

Going to this location is a great way to begin learning how manage your body and energy in a healthier and holistic way. If you want to manage your body and energy well, they offer great classes for core strengthing, flexibility, and Tai Chi classes. I have been doing this practice for many years and I can see so much improvement managing my emotions and body condition.

After going to the classes for the past 2 months, I can see significant improvements in my energy level, flexibility, and the well being in general. Also, the pain in my hips and lower back just disappeared. Our instructor is one of the best, and he is challenging us every day with new and complex exercises.
From day one, after having the introductory session with instructor MuChun, I felt that my brain is not foggy anymore, and I could focus much better. MuChun is not an ordinary yoga instructor, she is exceptionally gifted. Three of my friends are currently taking BHP sessions with her and are extremely pleased with the results.

I had a lot of stress, couldn't breathe well, and couldn't control my emotions, so it was very difficult. I heard that breathing, yoga, and taichi are good for calming the mind and reducing stress, but I happened to start a class at the Body & Brain Center. It is kind, the center is clean, and I felt very comfortable from the beginning. After starting breathing and yoga tai chi, a lot of good things happened in my life as my mind became stable and my emotions were under control. If you are struggling with stress, I would recommend coming to the Body & Brain Center to practice breathing and meditation.

Master Kazzeri immediately responded to my call and was so present with me, it’s as if she knew more about what I was looking for than I did myself. I have been coming to classes 3 days a week for 5 months. I initially came in for help with my sciatica. I’m feeling pain free nearly 90 % of the time now! Wanted to start being healthier and get into good habits, so my significant other and I started going to the Beaverton Body and Brain Center. Started in March and fell in love with the positive energy and people! I was so stressed out and tired from work life but going to classes at the center has totally changed my attitude and energy level. I feel so much happier and healthier overall. Update: I wanted to update this review since I've been practicing and coming to the center for 2 years now! Over the last few years I've had really great experiences, attending a lot of workshops, and connected with amazing people that want to grow and improve their life. I could not recommend this place highly enough. In my opinion Body & Brain yoga is the best thing you can do for your self.

I feel amazing because of this practice. I am stronger, more flexible, and I have lost weight. I will say its not easy, but I will also say anyone can do it. You learn how to go deep inside your body and let go of all outside distractions. Achieving very deep relaxation and releasing all the stagnate energy and blockages you didn't even know existed in your body.
You get to learn about, feel, and play with energy something many people never experience or even acknowledge its existence.
You gain power in the core of your body developing more self confidence and the ability to push past your limit.

For all these reasons Body & Brain Yoga has improved my life in a major way and continues to do so as I go deeper into my training and practice.

Everyone here is very welcoming and encouraging; makes it easy to feel comfortable, do your best, and push pass what you thought your body was capable of. The exercises shown here feel simple to grasp and the explanations of them gives a good perspective of how our physical body/brain works. The staff of this location are very friendly, kind and caring. I was not familiar with Dahn Yoga but now after almost twenty sessions I really like and enjoy the breathing technics, deep stretching and meditation we do. I have been with Danh Yoga for almost two years. I have had experienced many changes in my life since then. In the past it seemed to me we need to have some kind of super natural power, gifts, and talents to create things. The trainings helped me to see that we all have natural ability to heal ourselves, to create lives the way we want. Through this time I realized that we spend too much energy on unnecessary thoughts to a point were physical body becomes ill, and doesn’t want to move. I have been practicing this yoga for seven years and it is now part of my daily life. It is a very unique and empowering set of tools, techniques and principles that are great life tools. The teachers are like family and will give you space to heal yourself, they will help you as you need and develop your (brain training) as far as you want to take it. I still feel I am learning and growing after seven years.
