Hi, My name is Tess and I am a Personal Trainer here to teach and help women become the best versions of themselves! I offer 1:1 personal training or 2:1 training. My training is different per each client, I work with beginners all the way up to advanced individuals. All of my clients have different wants and needs and that’s ok. I’ve been training with Tess for the past 16 weeks, and she has completely transformed the way I approach fitness. I’ve always struggled to stay consistent with my workouts, but Tess’s guidance, accountability, and encouragement kept me committed week after week.

I am working with Tess’s 4-month virtual training program and it’s been life changing. We do weekly check-ins and she always gave me advice or adjusted things if I needed it. She made me a meal plan that’s realistic and easy to follow with all the details broken down.
Before starting this program I was really struggling mentally--ordering out everyday, bed rotting, feeling down all the time--but now I’m eating and sleeping better, and feeling a lot more energized! In just a month I’ve already gained 3 lbs of muscle, which feels huge for someone who was basically starting from zero (or even less in my case lol).
I work 12 hr night shifts and I find the workouts she sets up are doable but still push me, and I can finish them in about an hour to an hour and a half. Tess really keeps you accountable and adjusts things to fit your schedule. Oh, and not to mention all the positive habits you can gain from this! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Thank you Tess for launching me back into fitness and movement and teaching me plenty of new skills along the way!! As a new mother, I came to Tess in hopes of 1) getting back into a fitness routine 2) learning proper lifting techniques and 3) overcoming my fear of the gym. Tess has been helping me achieve those goals and more! Even though she had a tight schedule, she managed to squeeze me in for in-person training sessions, which was what I preferred. Just a few weeks after working with her, I felt an increase in both my strength and energy levels. She also helped me dial into my nutrition and as a result, I have been more consistent and successful with my eating habits. She is also such a joy to be around!! If you're looking for an absolute kick ass online coach, Tess is your girl! She is with you every step of the way checking in and giving encouragement and always making sure I know the what but especially the why of things, which has been such a game changer for me. I really thought I knew what I needed to do, it seemed simple, lose weight, eat less, move more, sure sure, but it's SO much more than that and Tess really breaks it down and makes it simple for you.
I am already down 10 pounds and I feel my body changing so much, but it's so much more than just feeling stronger, lifting better and heavier weights with proper form, and fitting into my jeans again. I feel like I have my sense of self back and having Tess as your coach really feels like you have someone on your team with you!
Her program is guidance with nutrition and strength training and truly, I feel like I never really understood the importance of doing both together until Tess, but man, that saying is so true, you can't outrun your fork. But also omg, you can't just run alone! You have to get strength and muscle and that comes from strength training. And it's not about eating less, it's about eating better and the right things for your goals, and that's the guidance you get from Tess including what lifts to do and making sure you're comfortable doing them safely and effectively. Tess is a ray of sunshine as a person and just a terrific coach!

AMAZING 10/10!! Working with Tess you know you have someone dependable to rely on. She loves her work to the fullest and that is one of my favorite things about her. When it comes to being a personal trainer I have her full support all the way. She’s pushed me to my limits and never stopped there pushing me more than I ever thought I could do. She’s always been supportive and understanding of me being a single mother of two trying to navigate ways to incorporate living a better and healthier lifestyle for not just me but my sons as well. Amazing! I feel great when I finally get myself out of my house, as sometimes she is the only reason I do, and by the end of the session, I remember why I wanted/needed to work out in the first place. Very knowledgeable and supportive. I like that it’s females only training because I feel she understands what I want and what works well with my body and I never feel judged. On my third sign up and glad I made the decision to get work out help. It’s the motivation I needed.

Tess is an amazing trainer, not only in the gym but outside as well. She not only trained me physically but mentally as well. She tought me how to get my body in shape in the gym but also helped me lose more inches in the kitchen as well. Once we added the food part i was able to lose 8lbs with a total of 15lbs so far and I’m not stopping there. Tess is so great and I’m happy to find such a passionate person about what she does. Tess give's off a good vibe, which right away make's one fill comfortable. Tess tailors all programs to fit one's need's, which is great. Tess help me on to the road in helping me reduce my shoulder pain, keeping me on track. Meal plan recipes are tailored to my taste, not what Tess think's I should eat.
