Personal training, fitness training, functional training for all ages and abilities. I specialize in senior fitness, but can work with you wherever you are! I can help you work around injuries or imbalances so that you can create a stronger body and better function during your favorite sport or daily activities! ACE certified personal trainer since 2003, specialty in silver sneakers, silver and fit, strength training, Bodybuilding, breast cancer survivors.

My 80-year-old mother suffered surgery complications and came to live with me for a year. During that time, Lori Vance was instrumental in helping her recover and rebuild her strength. Lori trained with my mother 1-2 times per week, and gave her exercises to perform at home multiple times daily. Lori created an individualized arm workout for me that I can do with weights in my home, taking into account prior injuries I've had. Lori is a wonderful trainer who is always positive and eager to help. She knows how to vary the routine to keep her classes interesting, so she never does the same thing day after day. I like her senior classes because in one hour we do cardio, weight lifting, balance training, and stretching. She can also explain exactly how a particular exercise is helpful to your body. I have greatly reduced the essential tremor in my hands since I started working with her. I recommend her 100%!
