What a workout!! Believe it or not, it’s super accessible and effective. I’ve been twice now and would go multiple times a week if I could. The staff is awesome and the workout is worth it! Being self employed, I don’t always have a ton of time to go to the gym, here you get a full body workout in less than 30min. I’m a huge fan of this workout and wil come back as many times as I can.

Great workout within a short time period. This is great for older folks as the movements are controlled but intense. Building muscle and strength for balance is especially important as you age. Andrew and Alex were great. I play tennis and pickleball and usually feel so tight afterward. I feel loose and relaxed. I totally recommend this workout for seniors especially.

I am not one to write lengthy reviews and am usually very skeptical about most things today BUT….I am truly ecstatic with the results I have achieved with Body 2.0.
A few years back I fractured my hip and have not been able to achieve my previous level of fitness with yoga and the low impact lifestyle I was forced to adhere to. I became overwhelmed with conventional gym environments and frankly, it was just not conducive, time-wise, for my busy lifestyle. On a whim, I walked into Body 2.0 just to check it out with a free pass I was given by a friend. This place has literally changed my life (sounds dramatic, but true!).
In two 20-minute sessions a week, I am in better shape than I have been in years. My definition is back and I feel stronger and more energetic, which in itself is a mini-miracle! I actually look forward to my sessions. Body 2.0 is innovative, fun and (to my surprise) really does what it promises. The staff is super knowledgeable and motivating. I can’t recommend Body 2.0 enough. I am hooked! 💪

Everyone here has made me feel so comfortable, welcoming and really taken care of in so many ways. Each trainer there I have talked to, has been so kind and has made me feel comfortable in my own skin while pushing me each session! They listen to all your concerns, tailor things to the individual and even session.
They've helped with my back pain and even through panic attacks while working out. The money is well worth it, I wouldn't be working out or continuing to do so if I hadn't gone here.
I encourage anyone to at least try out the demo and see the value of just one session!

If you know me you’d know I have owned every piece of gym equipment even, Pilates Cadillac Reformer and full gym. Nothing has worked like BODY20!

I tried my first class today and WHAT A COOL EXPERIENCE! I had Aubrey as an instructor and she made me feel so comfortable the whole time as I was a little nervous going into it. I joined Body 20 7 months ago and it’s hands down the best workout I’ve ever done. I had back pain for the last 20 years and my back stopped hurting after 3 months of working out. I consistently go twice a week and I’ve lost 7% body fat with minimal changes to my diet (I generally try to limit sugar and processed foods). I especially want to thank Jordan! My wife and I attend the Body20 for a few weeks now. I have had Andrew and Jordan as trainers and they are both great guys to work with. I am almost 50 and the best part about this training has been the lack of sore knees, elbows, and hips I get when I do cross-fit or kick-fit. Body20 has a very shady business practice. Be aware they misrepresent their terms of sales. I was told at the time of my purchase by the Manager my sessions could be done at any location. I knew I would be relocating areas and was assured at the time of purchase I would be able to use my sessions at any Body 20 location. Two months later I am in my new location and and I was denied the ability to use my remaining sessions at that location. Their only solution was for me to purchase new sessions at the new location. "But good news, I still have my sessions at the old location" says the manager. Unlucky for me I am over 1500 miles away. If you are looking for a honest company to do business with, look somewhere else.

Body20 is like no workout I have experienced! I have used electrical stimulation in physical therapy for many years. This work out is that concept, but the stimulation addresses every major muscle group! I am using muscles I haven’t been able to for years, due to limited mobility.
The staff are professional and they care that the session is doing what is it intended to do. The sessions are a great addition to any exercise routine! I have noticed other benefits as well, like increased energy and easing of chronic back pain. I believe the stimulation helps cleanse out toxins in my body and just benefits my overall health.

Absolutely love all the staff at Body20! Love that the workouts change weekly so you never feel bored or like it is monotonous. Is it expensive? Not really when you consider you are getting 1-on-1 training and the equivalent of many hours in the gym. I absolutely love Body20. I work out six days a week and use to compete. These workouts are for every level of fitness. It has helped me get stronger in everything I do. The good-I’m able to workout with an injury. The program gets my blood flowing without exhausting me or causing a new injury. I am enjoying it so far. I hope they get some additional trainers for the 12:30 to closing shift because the pickings are slim right now. I don’t know if it’s good if I’m told I’m going to be sore and I’m not sore after all my sessions. My doctor told me I’m still developing muscle even if I’m not sore so I guess I’ll keep going if I can avoid some of the night crew members.
The negative-it’s new and they’re still building their internal systems. I have to repeat my injury at every session because they don’t ask or confirm. They’re not fluent with adaptations. They don’t ask at the start of the session if certain movements work for me (they could show each movement and ask what think about the plan). I get the sense they assume I can’t do certain things because I’m fat rather than because I’m recovering. Either way, they don’t predict adaptations when I can’t do the full range of motion. Out of 4 sessions, one person asked if I could do something before we did the motion.
You’re working one on one but it has the mentality of a group class because they give blanket programs and aren’t used to adapting. I was hoping for more personalization.
No evaluation of my muscle groups and quality of my movements. This might be why I’m not sore.
One time I had to wear a suit after a man sweated profusely in it. That was the only size large they had. It was disgusting to wear someone else’s soaking wet sweat.
I get different answers about the trainers having National accreditation. Some people aren’t trainers and only had company training. Some people are certified personal trainers—but there’s no way for me to find out..yet.
I wish the trainers were more professional and didn’t use negative language about the body such as “this is for flabby arms.” (Just say triceps!) or ask me what I ate that day when they’re not nutritionists Or tell their whole life story at multiple sessions (the exes, life in the South, the university choice and on and on). I get the sense the company does not teach body positivity or professionalism. They’re focused on getting as many people in and out within 40 minutes (spraying and setting up the suits takes awhile).
I dislike a high-five and being told good-job like a little kindergartner. I guess I’m old-fashioned that way.
If your measurements are more than a certain amount of inches, their equipment won’t fit. It’s not the place to be overweight…which is a contradiction.
The owner does not seem present, which means a team of new employees have to figure things out by themselves. There’s a lot of “I don’t know,” “can you do this form again it didn’t save…” To not having my suit ready for my appointment.
Despite all this doodoo, I’ll keep going as long as I don’t hurt myself or I find something better.
