There is one rude, condescending teacher that ruins it all. Saying things like β€œyou should know by now” to well seasoned (or new students) that are not doing a pose correctly doesn’t seem to me like the proper or constructive correction needed from a teacher. Fails to remember my name after attending for months even tho it’s clearly on the schedule. Keeps mispronouncing it after being corrected. Seems unable to properly greet me or say goodbye, especially when there is no one else around. Everyone else was very welcoming.

This studio really cares for its members and such a wonderful business to support. They go above and beyond for their members in supporting them through whatever situations arise. I am so grateful for this community and recommend their classes to any of my family and friends.

Looking for a low-key space to feel connected an outstanding community? Bonfire yoga is your place.

I have watched this studio grow and adapt to its yogui's needs. It offers yoga, flow, pilates, kundalini yoga, posture classes, sound healing, etc. Teachers and students practice along one another in a personal atmosphere where students of all levels feel welcomed.

Bonfire is a human garden. Our yoga practice blooms at an individual pace patiently nurtured by its outstanding teachers.

Not a good hot yoga studio. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They hold poses way to long, repeat the poses exactly the same every single class, there is no creativity like other studios. I have been to the majority of hot yoga studios in the area and this is my least favorite one. I would not go back. Polly M was the rudest instructor there as well. They also only have one bathroom and one shower and the classes are either to packed or empty. Management needs to fix this place badly.

So wonderful in January to get all warm in the hot yoga studio. Knowledgeable instructors and you feel so amazing when you’re done. Be sure to take water, a towel, yoga mat, and not your phone…

I love hot classes and the ones I went to here were all great. The teachers were very welcoming and did a great job of providing guidance to help me get the most out of my practice. Hot yoga can be challenging, but the variety of classes allows newbies to learn the ropes and for the more advanced students to build on their practice. I am more a fan of the vinyasa flow style yoga and wish they offered more flow classes, but when I’m looking to feel the burn, I go here.

Bonfire is an incredible hot Hatha yoga studio! The teachers are incredibly clear in their instruction, supportive of all attendees, kind and gentle. I’ve grown and my body has started showing changes in just four sessions. AND!… they have great new membership deals!

Wonderful yoga studio! Very clean. Great teachers and class options. I took a hot yoga class. It was hot, but the teacher was encouraging and took good care of us. I finished, and I feel great. Definitely going back tomorrow.

This is disgusting I would never practice at a so-called yoga studio or they give masked people that have not been Intoxicated by the MRNA cyborg transhumanism injection. Master proven not to work and those have taken the injection or proven its Spike protein so I wouldn't even want to be around such individuals

Bonfire Hot yoga studio is very nice and people there are wonderful. I went to a 1.5 hour intermediate Hatha yoga class. While I took some hot yoga classes there in the past, I didn't expect a Hatha yoga class to be also in a high temperature environment. I was expecting a classic Hatha with longer holds and was hoping for getting more feedback from the teacher. This class was fast and in a style of "follow the leader", which is something that application such as Down Dog can do pretty well too. They have some Yin yoga classes as well. That is something I will try next and update my review.

This is a great studio... truly my saving grace during the pandemic has been yoga, movement, and the deep reset that I get when I go to a class. Doing yoga in person and being physically with other people gives me energy... I guess even an introvert like myself has limits to how much alone time I can tolerate! Try new things! Try yoga! Try this studio! Do whatever nurtures you and makes you alive... cuz that's what we need right now.

Since new ownership of the studio two years ago, Emily and Seth have transformed Bonfire into a welcoming, peaceful and mindful environment for yoga practitioners. The dedication of all instructors to ensure available classes during this Covid pandemic is testament to their commitment to the Beaverton community. The studio offers a diverse selection of yoga disciplines and I encourage all to visit Bonfire Hot Yoga.

I love this studio. I joined 8 years ago when it belonged to someone else. After it changed hands Emily and Seth made several changes. My favorite part of this studio is the variety of classes that they offer. I especially enjoy the 26 and Flow class. It gives you a mixture of yoga moves combined with movement. So it challenges your balance.
The teachers don’t make you feel bad if you can’t do the pose perfectly. They might help by offering a suggestion. There’s a variety of teachers so you want to try as many as possible to see who you like the best. Also, there’s several styles of yoga offered, ie, Yin, 60 or 90 hot yoga, 26 and flow, e84 intermediate.
The owners are very friendly and make you feel β€œat home” when you come in to a class. Yoga has changed my life, let it help you change yours.

Yoga is hard, Hot yoga is even harder but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else than in this studio and in this community. It is a challenge for me every time I am in the studio and on my mat but with the support of my practicing yogis, and the instruction of the teachers, I feel safe and supported. I have cried many tears in that studio. At first, it was because I couldn't do a pose, and then I cried again because I *could* do that pose. The studio promotes love and strength and I am proud to be a practicing yogi at Bonfire. Namaste

This is the best yoga studio I have been a part of during my life thus far (& I'm 60!) It is such an inclusive studio which is hard to achieve when there is not much talking. But words are not necessary, you know you are welcome and appreciated. Classes are varied and 90% are perfect for beginners. If you 're looking for a yoga community, this is the place to go.

I am incredibly grateful when I find a studio that offers my favorite 90 minute Bikram series. Yoga has been a part of my life for more than 20 years and practice is a priority. Our daughter lives in Portland so we make several trips for visits and Gramma opportunities during the year. No matter what yoga class you enjoy attending, the staff and teachers are professional and friendly at Bonfire Hot Yoga. They are always willing to take that extra step to make your experience, whether it’s your first class or your 400th class memorable. The studio is very neat and clean which is always appreciated. The hot room has plenty of mirror available ability for mindful practice. Temperatures are monitored to maintain correct heat and barometric pressure. There are always different types of workshops available if you enjoy experiencing a variety of yoga practices. If you live in the Portland area, or just passing through, consider choosing the Bonfire Hot Yoga Studio. Your day will be the best ever and possibly change your life forever. I cannot say enough good things about Bonfire! This is a place of peace, meditation, mindfulness and community. The family of instructors are committed to a safe practice and allow me to venture deeper into postures that my body is calling for. I have felt only safe and comfortable here. Which says a lot for being a woman of my size. As someone who has lost over 150 pounds it has tightened and toned my skin and I look and feel amazing for having hot yoga in my life. There is so much more than hot yoga here. I Yin for restoration and meditation, I hot for weight loss and strength and 26 and Flow, well that’s just the best of both worlds!! Not to mention the workshops that are regularly scheduled. I have tried a few hot yoga studios but have only returned to Bonfire. Come and feel the love within these walls. You will not regret it.

The best studio in town by far - It has a beautiful room to practice in (large- tall ceilings- perfect temps!) was well as has large space dressing rooms- (both men and women's AND an extra unisex bathroom) - all which have brand new highly functional commercial toilets!!! CRAZILY- THIS is only a fraction of what makes Bonfire so amazing-- the staff of yogis are the BEST out there-- no matter what class you pick, you will walk away learning something, and feeling better than you did when you walk in!! I am honored to practice in the space, and so thankful to have Bonfire in my life!! SHOULD have 10 STARS!!!

I enjoy Bonfire Yoga, Good people, experiences instructors, clean environment, I will say that the Men's restroom / locker room situation could be improved, one shower, one toilet, no lockers, and their seemed to be a dry rot situation going on in there. Otherwise, everything is great, especially big love to Sasha.

Horrible customer service. Rude instructor. Eh studio. This was my first time trying yoga. A friend turned me onto it. The service at this place is very subpar and unorganized. There is no real clear way to do anything. And then they make you feel stupid when you dont know whats going on.

The instructor is rude after i was denied entry (more on that in a second) my friend had to do the session alone. He was getting over a cold and did not feel 100% so he left a little early. Instead of the instructor asking what was wrong and if he was ok. He simply told him that this was not a gym you cant leave whenever you want.

Back to me being denied entry. So 2 of my friends had bought a Groupon that gives them 10 sessions at a discount for something like $40-50 well had not ever doing any sort of yoga i wanted to try it before i drop down $50. My friend had said that you can get your very first class for like a $1 (guess this was a special they had when they 1st opened.) That sounded awesome. Well i found out that they don't have that anymore instead they have a $15 newcomers thing where you get unlimited sessions for 10 days. Had already come all the way down i bought it. Well i was able to get 3 sessions in and decided i like yoga. I then bought the Groupon and when i bought it i read that you had to have come there before to redeem. But then when you print it out it says that you had to of been inactive for 3months. Well instead of working with me maybe making a one time exception or any number of things they could of done. They simply said no. So I had to leave while my friend who had already gone into the studio so i couldn't let him know i was being kicked out had to do the session alone.

So I guess me and my friend will take our business to any number of other yoga studios in the area. And it wont take much to convince my 3rd friend who was coming here to also take her business elsewhere.
So because you were unable to make any sort of exception you lost 3 customers. Yikes.

I have been taking Sasha's yoga class on Tuesday nights an am thoroughly impressed. As a licensed acupuncturist of 10 years I believe strongly in the energetic and transformative of quality of yoga, and having practiced for many years and completed a variety of yoga training courses, I know the difference between an average and superb yoga teacher. Everything about this class, from the sequencing of poses, breathing, queuing and of the guidance and wisdom Sasha shares in this class really becomes a total experience of flow. Even the music(great playlists) seems to follow the buildup and transition of intensity of the class seamlessly. The savasasa at the end of class is effortless as I feel a deep energetic shift happen in class. After practicing in multiple studios in downtown Portland for years, I have had trouble finding the same quality of yoga in the Beaverton area, but shall look no further. I highly recommend this teacher and studio.

Awesome training. Increased GABA, Serotonin, Dopamine, no side effects (lol).
Make sure you do all the first 10 days that they have as a start up package. You will feel the difference in your body. And if possible continue 3x a week for 8 weeks, good for physical and mental health.
Nice studio, and nice people too.

As someone who had never done Bikram before, I was intimidated the first time coming to the Hall Street Studio. My nerves quickly disappeared after being in the studio for just a couple of minutes. Teachers are willing to assist you, especially when you are new. The facilities are clean and equipped will everything you need- showers/lockers/water. I highly recommend taking classes here. The people I have interacted with are personable, caring, and helpful. I am in nursing school and this has been a wonderful tool to help me reduce stress. I will continue to practice because I have never felt better than when I practiced Bikram here, on a regular basis.

I practiced at this Hall Street studio for some time before leaving the Portland/Beaverton area to attend grad school out of state. Since being back in town, I have been back at the studio for a little over 2 weeks, and am so happy to be back. The teachers are still very friendly and motivating, and they take the practice seriously, so I feel like I am getting a challenging and very effective 90 minutes of Bikram yoga (the teachers have GREAT vocal "commands" to lead you in and out of postures). I am never disappointed, I never regret going, and I recommend this studio to anyone who wants quality Bikram instruction.

I practiced Bikram regularly for 2 1/2 years, 1 1/2 of those years was at the Hall Street studio before delivering my son. The instructors are friendly and they care about helping the students feel better and have a better yoga practice. When I first started, the heat would get to me but I soon discovered how helpful it is for the stretches and for helping my body to detox. I had been dealing with chronic back pain for nearly 20 years (since my teens) and, after six months, I’ve had little to no back pain since and no chiropractors. Bikram helps me focus better, handle stress better, breathe better and feel great and I can go at my own pace. Everyone in the room is in a different place and are able to hold certain poses better than other poses and that's respected.
I did Bikram in the studio with my doctor's blessing when I was pregnant (some of the poses are modified for pregnancy) with my son well into my second trimester and then did the Bikram pregnancy yoga video at home every other day through the night before I delivered. Not only did I feel good and have an easy pregnancy at 40 years old while working full time, I didn't experience the typical pregnancy backaches, swollen ankles and feet or fatigue that I had heard and read about. In addition, it helped me through natural childbirth/water birth. Now that my son is a toddler, I am thrilled to be going back to the studio to practice.
My cousin who introduced me to it five years ago had been doing Bikram off and on for ten years at the time. She has three kids and practiced at home nearly everyday after her youngest was a few years old. She wouldn't miss it because she feels so good and now that her youngest is in grade school, she goes to the studio in Boise twice a week and still practices at home most all other days as well as working part-time.
Bikram yoga is one of the best ways to give back to you that there is. When I do this yoga, I feel more energized, calmer and I centered. I recently went back for the first time in many months and it was almost like I never left. It felt great and I'm so grateful for the practice. I hear over and over about people with all sorts of health issues, especially muscular and skeletal issues that they heal through a regular Bikram practice.

Incredible workout!
Life as a stay at home mom can be stressful and unpredictable. It can be hard to make time for yourself, much less get a workout in. This is where Bikram Yoga comes to the rescue!
There are lots of classes starting from 6:00 AM all the way to an 8:15 PM class. And for 90 minutes, the super nice, attentive and encouraging instructors help each person get a thorough workout. There is lots of sweating and it's not easy, but at the end there is a strong sense of peace and accomplishment. Also, many yoga levels in each class and no judegment. Exactly the opposite, in fact - much support.
What I also love about this particular spot is that there is no heavy emphasis on spirituality - more like "this pose is great for your lower back" and "this breathing helps prepare you for a successful workout." I've taken yoga classes before where there was just not enough of an exercise aspect, so taking classes at Bikram Hall St. has been truly a life changer. Going regularly has helped me face each day with more calm, grace and balance.
