Fantastic! Joe’s personalized attention made my experience here a total upgrade from most “team” workouts I’ve done around town. Modifications, upgrades, tweaks to my form, plus a super-friendly vibe – this class was truly great. It was also a memorable experience on a 109° day – so much for my old excuses about what I can’t do when it’s “too hot”! I felt amazing after this class, can’t wait to return.

Joe is a great fitness trainer! He and other students that attend are kind, welcoming and encouraging. It’s also one of the hardest But most fun workout classes I’ve attended in the portland area. I highly recommend it!

Bridgetown Fitness is an awesome place to get a great sweat with good people in a positive atmosphere. Joe, Kate and the staff are all excellent trainers - very experienced in a verity of methods, professional and accommodating for injuries. Each class if difference but you will consistently leave feeling stronger and energized. Can't say enough great things about this experience, it's fantastic!

Bridgetown Fitness is a breath of fresh air! Joe is very interested in each and every member. His approach to fitness is serious, yet fun filled. The classes are rigorous, working the entire body. He thinks outside the box and integrates outdoor turf workouts as well running stairs. The members are very supportive of each other. A very healthy place for both the mind and body!
