My 4-year-old loves her swim classes with Coach Curtis, who does a great job of helping her be brave. Whenever she’s a little nervous to try something new, she usually pops back up out of the water saying “again!” thanks to his encouragement. They’re also very easy to get in touch with and offer clear explanations from a customer service perspective. We definitely plan to stick with their program.

First and foremost I am blown away by the high quality of customer care that British Swim School consistently delivers. They are always so prompt and accessible in answering questions and concerns, they get back (even on weekends!) so quickly, resolve issues same day and are so helpful, accommodating, caring and lovely to work with! Shantel from customer service is absolutely amazing and so helpful, I can’t say enough good things about her amazing service! She’s been on it since day one and always responds so quickly with a genuine desire and ability to help which always makes the experience wonderful and I’m always left so pleased with the outcome. Which is sadly not a common thing when it comes to customer service. Absolutely 11/10 for customer service!
Now about the swim lessons, my toddler has only been to a handful of lessons and he has moved up two levels already with the help of the knowledgeable, competent, and awesome swim instructors. I am so surprised at much he has learned and the skills he has gained in such a short amount of time. The instructors are so patient and kind and calm and explain things in such an easy and simple way for the littles to follow. They are great at easing the children into the water and making them feel comfortable going at their own pace. The instructor/student ratio is great, the classes are very small and there are at least two-three instructors present in and out of the water to assist so you really feel like your child is getting lots of attention and getting the most out of their lesson! My son just loves going to swim class and has such a great time. I wasn’t sure if he would like going but every week when I say it’s time for swim lessons he puts on all his swim stuff and happily gets into his car seat. He does not do that for literally any other outing, he’s a pain to dress and get into his seat for anything else! I would HIGHLY recommend British swim school to anyone that is considering starting their child in swim lessons if you are looking for amazing customer service, top notch swim instruction focused on survival and a structured but fun environment to learn these skills. You will not regret going with BSS!

We're so happy to have found British Swim School! Our instructor, Curtis, is amazing and our son has shown a good deal of improvement with only a few classes. His experience as a professional water polo player makes him a stellar teacher. Highly recommend!!

Our instructor Curtis did an amazing job with our kids Ryan and Rosalyn! Our son isn't fond of doing the same thing for too long, and Curtis was able to keep him happy and excited for swim lessons the entire time!
