A lot of rooms and equipment, I'm impressed. They have a couple sets of dumbells so you're not fighting for one corner. I just discovered the sauna!! They have showers. They have everything! Okay not EVERYTHING but they have everything you need to accommodate your workout.

The wife and I come here in the evenings. It is nice to have this facility available in such a small town. I do wish the hot tubs were still here but I guess a compromise had to be made. :)

The owner of the gym kindly allowed myself and a coworker to use the gym free of charge while we were here fighting the Falls and Telephone fires. We were both in less physically demanding roles than usual and the ability to come in early and work out will help us be safer and more productive for the remainder of what looks like a long fire season. Besides that it’s a great gym and I enjoyed coming there every day for two weeks.
