Bre has been my personal trainer for nearly 3 years. Her diligent approach to powerlifting, and strength and conditioning in general, has been transformative.

I have lost 45 pounds and learned, through her extensive knowledge and training, how to sustainably and healthily maintain my weight loss.

I initially started working with Bre to achieve health-related fitness goals. What I have gained from this ongoing experience, however, is much more than what I could have possibly imagined; specifically, I have noticed ways in which her exercise methods, prioritization of my safety, nutritional oversight, and encouragement have bolstered my emotional wellbeing and helped me grow more attuned to and connected with my physical self.

In my many years on this planet, I have never felt so confident and comfortable in my own skin. This shift is, without question, a direct result of Bre’s training and priceless to me.

Breanna was great to work with. She started by having me track my foods and my workouts prior to our consultation visit. I knew I ate pretty healthy in general but didn't realize some of my foods really started slipping away from me(almond butter). She set me up with some general nutrition goals that will help me in the long run.

In the gym she helps take the edge off with good banter and is a good motivator. She did what I asked which was to be someone to push me to my limits.

Bre is a wonderful trainer.

Before going in for my consultation, I was only able to consistently go to the gym for <2 weeks before giving up, but I'm now going on 6 months meeting with Bre and am always excited to come in. She knows how to motivate you to keep going and to try your hardest even on your most difficult days. She's really good at tailoring each program to the individual by taking into consideration every small detail she's observed or comment I have made even if I only mentioned it once in casual conversation. She also radiates this energy that makes every day coming to the gym feel fun and worth it.

In these past months, she has helped me become stronger than I ever thought I could be and I can't thank her enough for that!

Working with Bre was the best decision I made for myself in 2022. I started working with her with a Groupon code, but just a few sessions in, I knew I was going to prioritize our work for as long as I could. Bre took the time to listen to my struggles and my goals, and then created a plan for getting me stronger that built up slowly but surely over time.

Within 6 months, I went from never having touched a barbell to squatting, deadlifting, bench pressing, and shoulder pressing with a barbell and increasing the weight almost every week. Something that seemed impossible got easier. I watched my figure change exactly in the ways I wanted it to.

When I got a shoulder injury outside the gym and started working with a chiropractor, Bre updated my program yet again, taking into consideration what moves I was asked to avoid and which I was asked to prioritize. She dealt with an old knee injury the same way, watching my form and helping my knee and its surrounding muscles get to a place of strength and alignment I honestly never thought I'd see again. Working with her is worth every penny and then some.

Bre is a highly knowledgeable trainer that communicates well and is very creative with adapting movements to fit what each person is capable of doing. She makes going to the gym to train fun and that really helps inspire people to stay dedicated to what they want to accomplish. She is also great at seeing and correcting bad movement patterns and making sure you do each exercise correctly.
