I’ve been attending group training and personal training with both Coach Calley Lovett & Shannon Burns and I just cannot say enough great things about their knowledge and professionalism.
This gym feels like a family and I enjoy the camaraderie of the like-minded, hard working members.
Calley’s group training is appropriate for multi-level participants, from beginner to advanced and the class is always motivational and challenging.
Now training privately with Coach Calley, I am making progress through Calley’s inspiration and dedication. Coach Calley is always prepared to accommodate my quirky bodily requirements.
She is well versed in modifying my strength training sessions to “meet me where I’m at” in my body-while still being challenged to level up.
Coach Calley has an extensive background in nutrition and strength-training and takes a caring wholistic approach that considers all components of being an athlete.
If you are searching for a personal trainer and are ready for a change- Coach Calley comes highly recommended!

Cally is the best! I fully appreciate Cally’s extensive knowledge on all things exercise, lifting, nutrition, and most importantly her demeanor and advice. Cally is positive and encouraging at every step. She watches you and identifies your weaknesses and addresses them in both the group class and individual classes. I trust Cally. having worked out with her diligently for a few months I am injury free and stronger! When I have attempted lifting or jumped back into running too soon on my own I have gotten injured. Cally with her diligence and mantra of consistency has allowed me to stay injury free! Shannon and Brittany are absolutely the best trainers. I am not even finished with my first year that I am already ripping the benefits. I am toned, healthy, I limited my back pain, increased my endurance. Shannon targets and tailors what -i- want. Yes! He listens. Brittany is also awesome. She gave me a full on nutrition plan which helped me fuel my training sessions and expedite my results. I am a healthier me, I feel more confident which is exactly what I was looking for.
