I have been going to Cascade Peak Performance for a while now and have Loved it. When looking for a GYM or trainer you need to check this place out. Not your "BIG BOX" GYM and that's what I like the most and supporting Local.

This gym is amazing. Having coaches available throughout my workout has been invaluable in my over-all improvement and health. As an older/elder person, I am careful who is working with me. These folks know what they are doing. After working with the coaches, my knee and shoulder are finally strong and pain free. My balance is hugely improved, and I can go about my favorite activities like ballroom dancing, tai chi, swimming, long walks, gardening and daily tasks with ease. There are many younger people at the gym also, some training for competitions. Everyone is friendly and supportive of each other. This model for a gym is innovative; these folks are excellent.

This is the best gym I have ever committed to. I typically invest in my health, and I am from a big city, with lots of options. Have also tried several spots in Eugene and this place is Different. They care! They are consistently helping, training, writing up plans, adapting for me, I want to lift heavier or lighter, what machine is this, how is the plan serving my bigger goals, I mean the list is endless. It is clean, big, airy, and people are so freakin' welcoming. This has been the best experience and I am stronger than ever.

This gym is great. I had been going to another gym and paying for the personal trainers that contracted at that gym. After six months at the other gym I was experiencing pain from poor guidance and bad workout programs. Since being at Cascade they have taught me better mechanics and given me smart and effective workout plans that they update as I make progress. The pain I had been experiencing has completely gone away and I’m making the sustainable growth. Bonus that I’m paying less as the personal training is included in basic membership. Definitely worth the investment if you’re interested in knowledgeable staff that will help prevent injuries for long term training.

This is the best gym in the Eugene/Springfield area! You get personalized workout plans and instruction along with your own workout station so you know you’ll always have the space + equipment needed, plus all the staff are awesome and supportive! So grateful for this place

18 months ago I walked into this gym. I was very out of shape due to pain from hip and back issues. Every new exercise I tried caused pain and I was getting to where I didn't know what I could do. My pain was extreme and always there. I was exhausted all the time. I started coming to the gym. My first program was nothing. Barely any weight, very few movements. But over the next 18 months I gradually increased my strength and ability. I had flares along the way but was encouraged to always come in no matter how I was feeling because there is always something you can do. That kept me from sliding backwards when I was having a flare. Now if I have a flare, which is rare and always mild, I know what to do and how to deal with it and still move. While it sounds dramatic I can honestly say coming in changed my life. I now do all sorts of activities and add new ones all the time without fear of hurting myself.

I could barely walk into the gym a month ago. I couldn’t bend over to tie my shoes. My back and left hip hurt constantly, and both feet felt perpetually β€œasleep.” Today I can walk with ease. Finish 3 sets of squats without hip pain (a movement I was apprehensive of), and bend over to tie my shoes. My back is getting stronger and healing. I’m stronger all over and can feel it. Those are all huge benefits! But the really exciting thing is that I truly look forward to going to the gym. Learning how to move, what muscles to engage, and that movement is possible even when you barely feel like you can get up...This is an experience and blessing I never imagined. Chris and Sarah are amazing to work with, and I catch myself dreaming of my progress by this time next year!

I am glad I joined Cascade Peak Performance! Chris and Alex greet me by name when I come in, say good-bye and ask when I’ll be coming in again when I leave. In between, I get excellent coaching and lots of encouragement. My workout is personalized for me and most days takes about an hour. It varies depending on how much I talk! My only regret is that I drove by for over a year before stopping in to learn about the gym. If you’re looking for a gym, I’d like to encourage you to stop in and talk to Chris and Alex. It took me a while to figure out exactly why I love this place so much. There is no place like it. Everyone is treated like a celebrity. Every time you arrive you are greeted by name by attentive, knowlegable and professional coaches, you ...receive customized workouts that take your goals and abilities into account and are guided through a progressive plan that feels more like a therapeutic experience. For me this has resulted in incredible gains in my strength, flexibility and endurance (not to mention a fabulous side effect of 72lbs of weight loss to date and counting.) They seem to really care about your success and work to make sure you feel good about your accomplishments. If you ask really nice they may even do a cartwheel for you. I trust them with the things that matter most to me- my family and my health.

Cascade Peak Performance is an excellent gym to attend to reach your fitness goals. When I initially joined the gym, I was afraid I would feel really uncomfortable and that my fitness goals would not be reached. Chris however, made all of that unease and fear change. He showed me that my goals were reachable. He is also easy to build rapport with and makes you feel at ease with his patience and encouragement. I am now able to do things I never thought I would be able to do. I have also developed more confidence in myself and know that I can do a lot more than I ever thought was possible. I would recommend Cascade Peak Performance to anyone who wants to make changes in their life.

Don't be fooled. Although looking at it from the outside this appears to be a small gym, the equipment is more than ample to get a great workout without the frills of corporate facilities. Coupled with the personal training from someone who takes the time to understand each client along with their individual training goals and limitations results come much quicker. Chris (the owner) can design a workout program for each individual. He has been my personall trainer for 3 years. I have a torn miniscus in my knee, Chris is aware of this and has developed workouts that strengthen my legs with no stress to the joints monitoring each excercise for proper form. This truly is a clean, up and coming facility that will only get better.
