I went to the Open Gym for the first time!
It was so much fun !
I was able to run , jump , and stretch at my own pace , as I have injuries .

Great staff and super cool music and environment!

We’ve been bringing our daughter here for years. She loves it and her skills have advanced dramatically. As COGA continues to grow, the owners re-invest back into their business. Everyone is great here. They are responsive when needing to do schedule changes. The instructors are all nice and work well with kids. My daughter loves going here. Gracie is responsive and communicates well. I highly recommend this place.

The staff is SO great here! My 6-yr old boy likes flipping around doing handstands on the floor but this was his first time actually learning gymnastics. He normally doesn't like teachers, instructors, coaches, etc but every day on the way out, he wanted to give a hug to Leighton and Reese - which was HUGE for this kiddo! Thank you for the great first experience with gymnastics!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at COGA! My daughter is new to competing and was both excited and a little nervous to start. The coaches at COGA were absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely fun to work with. They create an ideal atmosphere for learning and growing, especially for gymnasts who are just starting out in competition. My daughter felt encouraged every step of the way, and it’s clear the coaches are passionate about helping each athlete reach their potential. We’ve been at COGA for a year and absolutely love it! My daughter was a bit shy at activities but has moved up so quickly! They really encourage and aspire to make each kid successful in their own way and create trust in themselves and their coaches. We’ve loved working with a lot of the coaches through her levels! My kids absolutely LOVE COGA! The owners and coaches are patient, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about the sport/kids. We’ve seen incredible progress in not only their skills and strength, but more importantly, their confidence The gym is clean, well-maintained, and the equipment is in great shape. We've had a fantastic experience with their rec programs, from the TOT’s 3’s class all the way through Advanced programs. Our girls have attended many camps as well as have chosen to have their birthday party’s at COGA!! They make it so fun, and easy to host your child’s birthday…

I could not recommend COGA highly enough. It's been an absolute treasure for our daughters, a place they enjoy going to, look forward to, and simply feel safe and connected. The teachers have all been wonderful, and the staff are clearly dedicated to support these wonderful athletes wherever they are on their journey. If you are looking for a gymnastics program in Central Oregon, check out COGA. Our girls don't go more than a day or two without asking about when they get to go back, or when their next class is. Love this place! My nephew has a lot of fun playing. There is a mini “roller coaster” type slide to go down in one of the cars. Cars to be chauffeured about, balance beams, climbing, squishy floors to bounce on and a pit of soft foam for them to jump in!

Both my kids have been with COGA for almost a year now, one in a younger program in the jungle room, the other in the big gym. We all love coming here for classes. I’ve truly been amazed at the skills they’ve both learned, and how far they’ve progressed in just under a year. The coaches are amazing, and super helpful not just to my kids, but have warmly helped me navigate the website and moving classes. The student to coach ratio really ensures lots of attention to each gymnast.

I have been impressed with COGA! The staff is friendly and welcoming each time we walk in. My daughter has been attending classes there for the last month and LOVES it. She looks forward to going to her weekly class or open gym on Saturday events every time! She is building skills and gaining confidence, strength, and flexibility. Our family loves the supportive community atmosphere there. The first time a kiddo rang the bell and stopped the entire gym to demonstrate and celebrate a newly acquired skill, I knew we were in the right place. I highly recommend COGA!

Maybe because so many friends have raved about COGA, I had high expectations, but this place missed the mark. I've only attended a handful of open play sessions, but the room/equipment looks dirty, other kids coughing and sick, I even cut my hand on a piece of metal in the foam play area and staff did not seem concerned.

I spent my childhood in this facility as a member of the girls gymnastics team and now I come here with my 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter to let them enjoy this place like I did as a kiddo!

We are frequent flyers to the Playmania program that is offered several times a week as a drop in. As a stay at home mama this has been perfect for my kiddos (and me) to come and let out some energy, meet new friends and gain basic coordination skills. A must for a good nap time later in the day :)

My son starts classes in the toddler gym next week with the same instructor I had growing up! How cool is that!?

Facility is ALWAYS CLEAN, updated, perfect viewing room upstairs, locally and family owned and the staff are awesome! Come check out COGA!

We recently moved to Bend and ask around and COGA was recommended. My kids have really enjoyed their classes. The facility is clean and teachers are awesome! The only bummer was the classes were full so we did have to wait to get in. But well worth it!!
