So much to say about this place. First of all it’s the one thing my husband and I have been able to commit to. Going on 1 year. My husband has lost close to 30lbs. 4 months in the docs took him off of his BP meds: we feel healthier now in our 40s than we did in our 20s. What’s made us stay? The energy that our coaches bring on at every work out. Music is loud and our coach is even louder and always motivating us. They are always introducing new workout routines and keeping things interesting and fun. Yes fun! It’s not easy at all but every time I leave that class. I leave with a sense of accomplishment and motivated to go back. It’s changed us and it keeps us wanting more. I can say we are addicted!

If you are looking for a place to work out during and post pregnancy this is the gym for you. Kay and her staff are extremally knowledgeable when it comes to modifications. I was able to work out up until my baby was due and return once my doctor approved. It felt great to keep my body moving and Kay hands down helped me speed up my recovery process and get back to my pre pregnancy strength! Kay makes you feel so welcomed and part of the family from day 1! Her ability to motivate and inspire along with train anyone no matter what fitness level makes her and every other trainer at Chief Battle Fitness the best! Highly highly highly recommend!

I started training with Kay last year. I was at my lowest, not happy with myself. Ive never really been a working out person, so I decided to give it a try. Thanks to Kay, I gained my confidence back. Her energy is amazing, she really pushes you at every workout. She doesnt play 🔥 I would definitely recommend this place. You really feel the pain, but the outcome is amazing and so worth it💯

I have been attending Chief Battle Fitness for over a year, and any other fitness program has unmatched the results I received from the transformation program Kay has curated. Kay's ability to transform your body and your mental state is incredible. I didn't have the best eating habits or workout schedule when I joined, but Kay sat me down monthly, and we talked about where I was successful, where I struggled in my goals, and ways to eliminate using junk food as a vice for being stressed or bored. Not only have I strengthened my body with Kay's courses, but when Kay introduced her Entrepreneur/ Business Mindset Course, it changed how I thought about my approach to my business practices, ways to change them, and how to see significant change by shifting my mindset. Fast forward, not only is my business thriving, but I am waking up every day with confidence in my body, my mental health strong and clear, and the wealth of having a tribe behind me supporting my goals.

For the past 10 years I have been struggling with my weight, with balancing work, parenting, being a good wife and loving myself. With Chief Battle Fitness group I have found the motivation, the space to feel safe and be honest with myself if you put the work you will get results. I started off in April of 2022 my journey has been a bit slow but effective and long lasting. I'm stronger, healthier, and most importantly this group challenges me to be the best version of myself. I am forever grateful for Coach Kay and Chief Battle Fitness because they have changed my life for the better. I’m down 70+ lbs and counting! It is extremely apparent how much Coach Kay cares about you because she is always making sure your needs are met and checking in on you. I’ve had plenty of ups and downs during my fitness journey and Coach Kay was always there making adjustments and tailoring workouts and nutrition to fit my body. The accountability at this gym is truly unmatched and this is not a gym where you’re just another number. The workouts are amazing and fun, the energy is top notch and everyone in there is supportive and encouraging. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

I was really disappointed in my experience. I didn’t get oriented into how to navigate the program/nutrition coaching and the check ins, but went to classes anyway. They were intense and I had good results after a few weeks, but it eventually felt like I was just a number in a gym - where the trainer was in a bad mood and would scold us, didn’t greet me/make me feel welcomed, or push me enough to the point where I lost faith in myself. So I plateaued and went on vacation. The group chat I was apart of had little energy and didn’t reciprocate excitement/motivation when I posted my workouts even while on vacation. I didn’t get a call about coming back, being missed, getting motivated and three months later when my contract was over I just left and then it really felt like I was just a number when they still didn’t check on me to continue with them. Thanks for the push in the beginning, but I really wished it was more personal and service oriented, or that I belonged to the gym and its community.

I had the best experience training at CBF! I was surrounded by a supportive and encouraging environment that helped me kick start my health goals back into a habit. The energy during workouts was UNBEATABLE! Kay and Alexis believed in me and pushed me to heights I didn’t think I was capable of. They were always aware of my goals and what I wanted to achieve. They always pushed me and believed in me. During my transformation I was able to drop 17 lbs while loosing body fat and building muscle mass. Nothing but great things came from my time with them. I feel strong and confident following my transformation.

In gym classes available 6 days a week and zoom classes available 5 days a week if you can’t make it in. Training is challenging and effective and Kay makes it a lot of fun. If you want a trainer that’s going to make you excited and enthusiastic about getting your workout in, chief battle fitness is just the thing for you.

Kay is THE BEST coach/trainer. She has the best personality. Always a warm welcoming makes you feel as if the gym is a second home. Everyone in the facility is a big family she makes the workouts fun dont get me wrong they are very intense (she dont play... AT ALL) but always a good experience. She talks to you about the goal you would like to achieve and makes it happen. If you want fast results i recommend you come here 100/100. Doesnt matter if you are pregnant, handicap, old or young the Chief makes it happen ‼️ She also train athletes...

Are you tired of going to the gym and not knowing what workouts to do!? Well Chief Battle Fitness is the place for you!! Can’t make it to the gym well zoom classes are there! Zero excuses 😉 I’ve been going for a few months now and I definitely see a difference, feel so much better and feel great! I love it! The atmosphere while being there is great. Kay and Bri make it fun always having so much energy and hyping everyone up to get through the workout. You don’t only get great workouts but you also learn to eat healthier to implement for your healthy lifestyle. Also get that one on one support from Kay to reach your goals, you’ll receive the whole package for success! I Highly recommend trying out the gym you won’t regret it!

You will not find anyone who has the amazing, infectious and positive energy that Kay has! Definitely recommend this!!! Kay and Bri do such an amazing job at challenging everyone!! Every workout makes you feel like an Olympic athlete😂the adrenaline you feel after is soo rewarding. It’s a complete lifestyle changer. Although the workouts are tough they modify it to your level. I’ve been here a little less than 4 months but you begin to immediately see results. Also they offer boxing classes which is pretty cool. Now if a dance class was available too..🤭 overall an amazing environment to be in 💯 doesn’t hurt to bring along a friend too double the fun!!!

I’ve been to several trainers and I have to say Kay is the most professional, punctual, and knowledgeable trainer I know. Unfortunately moved away and it isn’t accessible anymore. If you’re looking for real lifestyle change I highly recommend Kay and everything happening at this facility.
