I use all of my life experiences, mental, emotional and physical, to try and give each person what they need to not just reach their goals, but also maintain improvements they made.

Hiring Cassie is easily the best thing I’ve done for my mental and physical health in a decade. She is especially great in helping navigate fitness during pregnancy. I look forward to our workouts, which is saying a lot because I don’t usually look forward to workouts :)

I’ve tried out many trainers in the past and Cassie is honestly the best. She’s great at customizing a work out for your skill level and she changes the exercises as you progress. She also pays a lot of attention to form, which is so important for targeting the right muscles and preventing injury. She’s always easy to talk to and her gym is a no pressure place to exercise. I highly recommend her!

Cassie at CK Fitness is fantastic! My wife and I do joint/personal training sessions with her, and she tailors the workouts to fit each of our individual needs and capabilities. She always keeps things fresh with a variety of exercises, making sure we’re both challenged but never overwhelmed. Cassie is fun, upbeat, and super organized—every session runs smoothly and with purpose. On top of that, the facility is always clean and well-maintained, which makes for a great environment to train in.

I highly recommend Cassie! She is an incredible personal trainer. The gym space she created has everything in it besides the crowds and hassle. I haven’t worked out in ages and was concerned about injuries but Cassie is incredibly watchful and intuitive around form as well as breath work. I thought my knees would rebel but the most I’ve experienced is the feeling like I’m using my muscles and my energy level has already increased. I wish I started working with her years ago!
