Staff are awesome! It’s nice and clean. Not too fancy, but it’s got everything you need to work out. They are very concerned with their members safety, so you have to have your “card” to get in. There are also security cameras and cleaning spray, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and 3 restrooms. It is very well lit inside and the parking lot is as well.
They don’t offer group classes at this location, but as a member, you can visit other locations.
The people who go here are serious about working out. They respect others’ personal space and don’t bother you while you’re in the zone.
They have a small, but decent selection of drinks for sale. Water, protein, shakes, and energy drinks. Just the basics.
If you are motivated, you can reach your fitness goals here.
Had to add to this since doing this review probably years ago! More space and equipment have been added. There’s also a sauna!

This is an update from my review four years ago . The price is still competitive. It has since expanded and has much more room so crowding is still not an issue . Staff are always helpful when I interact. I still love that I can come in at past midnight .or anytime. It is perfect for us with odd hours and demanding schedules. .

This is the best gym I’ve been too so far. Very clean and minimalistic theme and layout. Enough room to do all of your workouts freely.
The buildiing is clean, it doesn’t smell like a bunch of sweaty people (like most gyms) However, sometimes the bathroom is a bit unsanitary.

This place is awesome! Many options for working out. Not overcrowded, and everyone who works out here seems to be friendly To newcomers. I love that it’s open 24 hours a day, which makes it convenient for my work schedule. I’m from out of town and they were nice enough to let me buy a seven day pass. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking on getting it!

Called several times and left a message about my interest in getting a membership. No answer and No call back. My mom called and left a message for a call back to get a membership. No answer and No call back. My son called and left a message to get a membership and No answer and No call back. My daughter called and left a message to get a membership and No answer and No call back. See the pattern here?? You just lost 4 memberships to the YMCA.

I wouldn't use club 24 fitness ever, I do not recommend them if you're smart do not use them they are very rude. Thought I Canceled my accounts in January paid fees to do it switched to the YMCA because they're way better and then guess what? Girl calls me today saying that my daughter's account was still being charged when I asked to cancel my accounts in the beginning of January and I said I didn't have time to talk to her because I was cutting hair and the girl States we're going to send you to collections then. Horrible customer service. The only reason I'm being charged is because of her incompetence and she has the gall to be rude to me when I already paid fees and canceled the account or so I thought I was. Incompetence is what you guys do? Another thing is my app never even worked the whole time I had the membership that's why I canceled in the first place. Cancel cancel the and adjust the charges because of your incompetent employees mistake and I will retract this review. I have plenty of money to pay your b******* account.

I've always loved having 24 hour access to my gym. I work and parent so I don't have time to make it in staffed hours of gyms. They are upgrading right now and I can't wait to see the remodel!

I just moved back into town. My first stop even before I went home to unpack was Club 24. I've heard such great things on facebook and from friends.

I parked in front of the doors and when I got out of my car a guy about my age [47, military style buzz cut sort of, gray or really dirty blonde], was sitting at the desk at the window. He saw me and walked away from his desk towards the middle of the gym and looked as if he was intensely preoccupied by the television.

I couldn't open the door by myself, it was too heavy. So I knocked on the door and a customer laughed as he got off his elliptical and opened the door. I was ok with that, he wasn't being cruel, just thought it was funny.

There I was too weak to open a gym door? Seemed like cruel irony, but no, even I saw the humor in this. I said thank you, and went to stand next to the desk. I caught the manager, (or who ever he was) glancing over at me uncomfortably. We made eye contact. Still he stood there.

Now, maybe it was that my clothes were so baggy, or that I've gained 20 lbs in 60 days from a double mastectomy, and then heart and lung surgery. But he didn't know that.

Maybe it made him uncomfortable that I am fat and I looked like death warmed over - Possibly. I mean, I did stop taking pain pills for two days while I moved everything I owned from out of state, alone into my mini badass SUV and drive the 120 miles back to beautiful Baker Oregon. (This only five days after my body was split open for the second time in two months to save my life. But.. ya got me.. he didn't know that, either. )

Maybe it was that I appeared short and blob like and because I couldn't open the door So maybe it was the whole picture he didn't like. After all who wants a fat guy at a gym. The stories people would tell in Zumba! Who knows?

So.. I stood there at that desk waiting for membership for a couple minutes. trying not to look uncomfortable, and to be approached by someone who as clearly avoiding me.

"Why yes, yes indeed I was interested. How much? 49 bucks a month? for all the knowledge and group training (Just a tad bit more for some of it, but I would have gladly paid)" and the guy couldn't be bothered to come and talk to me.

Did he think I was there to cause problems? Did he think I would walk my teletubby shape body to the middle of the gym and chase him down to take my money? Or did he just not like the whole look of me in shambles, in pain, and definitely in need of some cardio.

At first I was a little humiliated that he pretended to be distracted, and I headed out the door. Still more difficult to open for me than most, but I managed. The kid who opened the door told me to "Take Care". Simple gesture, not unheard. He was a nice kid. His parents ought to be proud.

As I walked out the door and painfully pulled myself into my car, I made eye contact with the desk guy once more as he returned to his post. Then as if the whole thing had never happened, he turned to look away again.

I remembered just then "I'm a freaking rockstar who just went through two major operations, and some real life threatening scares between those operations. I have nothing to be ashamed of.

I will gladly unpack my belongings into my home, then take my money back to the YMCA over on Pocahontas.

I don't hold grudges, and I am not angry. I can't be be humiliated or embarrassed, by someone who obviously has zero customer service and even less investment in the product he serves up.

No, I didn't look like the 20 something young man who opened the door for me. Bbt I would bet in a minute, that kid could and would do a better job in any form of customer service than the guy who pretended I wasn't there.

I got a second chance to make things better again. 24 Club Fit, will not get that same opportunity from me because of the inaction and attitude of a single employee. Hope he wasn't the owner.

Sad, all he had to do is take my debit card. I was completely ready to buy.
