Best gym in town by far. I've been coming here now for 3 years, as I visit from San Diego a couple times a year. The front staff are stellar and very helpful. I lift heavy weights and especially dumbbells. They have everything I need and more. Also, it's well spread out and the machines are not crowded like many gyms. Next time I'm in town, I'll scope out the new germiston spot💪💪💪💪💪

Lots of great equipment never have any issues with other members making me feel uncomfortable. The staff is friendly always greeting their members as they walk in. The gym and the restrooms are very clean. Oh and there’s swipe keys to enter so if you like to go to the gym at night you’re safer

I have been a Club 24 member off and on for over a decade. Having multiple locations in the region helps me stay committed. Equipment is great and staff are also great. To understand the dedication of the owners you have to have watched the gym evolve as I have. I don’t know what I’d do without this place. It is my second home.

It’s a really nice gym! Really clean, positive energy from everyone. I have always had a good workout here. The workers are really nice and helpful, they have wonderful customer service. In general it’s the only gym that I go to because of the vibes and the equipment available.

When I end up working in Pendleton Oregon I love coming to this location..it's clean the equipment is newer and the layout of the gym works..it can be crowded but not feel crowded..the bathrooms are very clean and this gym has about everything you need for a great workout..but here is my main reason for this review..employee Jamie Nasario her personality alone lights up a room..she greets you as you walk in and as you leave..she handles any questions and she is smiling and you can tell she is happy with her job..more gyms need to have employees like Jamie..ownership and management please acknowledge Jamie for her great customer service and knowledge of her job..thank you Allan D.

I have been going to this gym for a little over a year and have had zero issues with this place. It's clean, modern equipment, and plenty of it to use.

The desk manager is a wonderful person and very friendly. She helps in any way you need and is always a great way to enter the building.

Not a place for serious workouts, if you like intensity youll get judge here for having it. Club 24 Double charged me too for November and has doubled charged my friend too, in the past. Keep ur bank statements.

Tried to cancel my membership because I have never even stepped foot in the facility after paying for it for 6 months, and I am attending college in another state where there is not a club 24. I was unable to cancel it so now I am stuck paying for something I can’t use nor can anyone else. I had called and texted with a worker and they said there is nothing they can do for me. 0/10 recommend if you think you may have something come up in your life where you are unable to attend the gym in question because they won’t help you. So now I will be living in a different time zone and completely different state still paying for this membership nobody can use

Poir communication. Decided to join, but then Had questions and could not get ahold of anybody for 4 days I finally got a call back on the 6th day...
Not professional. The fact that it took 6 days for someone to get back to me shows that their systems are down andown and they don't have anybody in running the place to make people feel comfortable and actually want to join. Jaime finally got my note i left in a drawer and called me asap today. After leaving 4 voicemails on 2 different phone numbers.
Poor quality... Is the paper towels provided to wipe down the equipment shrequipment shred and make a mess and don't clean them and do Justice for what they are intended to do you need towels and more fans because it's very humid in there and stuffy..

Had to cancel my membership. Staff at the front desk carries on all day. They are loud and obnoxious and treat the entry way like its party central

Pretty simple:
If you come to socialize, this is your gym.
If you come to concentrate on serious workouts I would look else where as the staff is heard cackling and laughing loudly. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

The gym itself isn't bad, it is usually pretty empty in the wee hours. The staff are hard to get a hold of if you aren't a morning person. I strongly suggest that you ask for and keep copies of everything you do through this club (registration, bill payments, cancellation), because they keep very poor records and will try to get more money out of you later by saying they have no record. Even if it's e-mail, I suggest you file them away for many months after.
